Yuki Yuna Wa Yusha De Aru Episode 3: This episode we meet Karin Miyoshi the newest member who was sent from the higher ups to help the rest of the team. She is really interesting and brought a different dynamic to the team that I think was really needed. She takes down the Vertex all by herself which a cool feat. Anyways what I liked a lot about this episode is you see her daily life and how she didn't really get along with Yuna, Itsuki, Fu, and Togo but after joining the Hero Club and feeling bad she screwed up and didn't go to the right place, she actually grew more as a character. I love how the girls just show up at her place and totally take her out of her element. I like how the show developed Karin actually liking the others and want to be with them. I like their text conversation at the end when they were like "She Replied!" and all of them were happy and then laughed when tried to tell them to shut up,lol. Overall Karin expands the cast even more and I think she added a much needed element to the group. I liked how the Hero Club didn't take Karin's words harshly or anything and that their personalities had more of an effect on her rather than the other way around.
Hey episode 3 of a Magical Girl show that I'm not crying about or learn how dark it gets. (Looking at you Madoka, lol), I'm excited to watch more, I highly recommend this anime if you Magical Girl anime or Toku-like anime. |
Oops. My bad about the Toriyama stuff guys. I thought I read somewhere that he didn't care for GT. Guess I was mistaken. My bad.

Build Fighters Try episode 1
Damn Fumina and Sekai are cute together... I mean that Dom scene was awesome! But why Sei had to disguise the Build Burning as a Dom? I mean, you had to be pretty lucky to find the Dom inside the championship case already, so why hide it even more? That first fight scene though. Was that a flash foward, or was that a training sequence. And what the hell was that giant Gundam? Was it the Devil Gundam because it sort of looked like it and heavy arms. Episode 2 Damn this Plamo president guy is a douche isn't he? Using the mobile armor mode for the Enact that even Setsuna couldn't overcome without some intervention. Although I don't get why absorbing the gunpla battle club is such a bad thing when the school still is going to have the equipment to do so... |

And it was a Musha Gundam. |

I think Battle of Gods quite clearly showed that he does not like GT. Hell, the man should be insulted with Toei's design for Vegeta as it spat over his character. |
I was recently counting up how many idol animes I have watched. I counted 3.
1. K-on 2. AKB0048 3. Love Live: School Idol Project Out of all of those only two I decided to watch of my own volition. Love Live was because Former watched it too. :lol |

I don't like AKB008, I think the concept is dumb, it might be a good random anime watch if I get bored. Honestly idol animes that also throw in different type of genre in the mix takes me out of the whole what an idol anime is post to be.

I watched the next three episodes to GT (4-6) and meh. That is all I got. This is going to be a painful watch, but I must endure because after I finish GT I will sit through Evolution.

My top favorite heroes are Piccolo, Gohan, and Future Trunks. My favorite villains are Freeza, Cell, and Tao Pai Pai. My favorite DB arc is the Red Ribbon Army saga and my favorite arc in Z is the Cell saga. Funny enough, they both connect back with each other. I will say that I have enjoyed the Boo saga a lot more this time around due to it encompassing elements from both DB and Z, but the arc is still way too damn long in anime form. Most of it is 1 manga chapter per episode, which is really annoying. I can't wait for the Kai version to finally come out so that can be chopped in half as I read Kai's version is only 48 episodes. Not to mention it will be nice to finally have a legit dub for the Boo saga like we got with the first two arcs. |
Yuki Yuna Is A Hero/Yuki Yuna Wa Yusha De Aru Episode 4: Also should be called Itsuki Inubozaki Is a Hero as well lol. This episode is more about Itsuki and her difficulties trying to sing in class. I personally would love an episode like this in a Kamen Rider or Sentai, where they don’t have any fighting and you just see how their normal lives are and deal with personal issues of the characters. Anyways back on track I really can relate to Itsuki because I am also the younger sibling with anxiety issues. Though weirdly I can sing Karaoke in front of people with no problems but this anime is not about me this is about them lol. I really enjoyed learning more about Itsuki and Fu and their backgrounds, that their parents died and more importantly that they died from the Vertex. That Fu wants revenge makes sense, that she’s hiding even more information is a bit troublesome but still not the worst thing. I love Karin still wanting to be friends with all of them but not wanting to show it or trying to take back when she’s excited. I love that Yuna and everyone made the card for Itsuki that helped inspire her to get past her fears, and that she sang so well that she wants to try and become a singer is great that she has goals and wants to fight alongside her sister not be protected by her. Overall the strength of this show are the characters and that they decide to show stuff like an episode without fighting is great. Puella Magi Madoka Magica seemed more driven by the plot while this is driven by the characters. I am only comparing them because of the obvious magical girl similarities and PMMM was kind of the last anime I’ve finished so it’s fresh in my head. This episode revealed more of the dark side of the show with Fu and Itsuki’s parents being dead, and I kind of worry about Itsuki with the Death card being flipped over at the end falling out of her Tarot Deck. Though I remember reading the Death Card is also about transformation more than it is about dying but still you can’t help but thing that are foreshadowing something here. Fu’s words about the Worst-Case Scenario happening now also worries me further. Still this is only Episode 4 of 12 but still I am open minded right now and hopeful, but that might be my mistake. I am still suggesting this anime to everyone right now.

Build Fighters Try episode 3
Damn this was a good fight. It does that thing that the original Build Fighters was really good at, where it pulls out a last minute save or tactic, without feeling cheap for doing so. Lightning Sniping through the rocks was one of those awesome moments. Plus, I feel like the deus ex machina fist things the Star Build did in BF is a lot more justified now that Sekai is using them and knows martial arts. Episode 4 How the fuck do these SD have so many forms? Anyways, it was cool to see another training sequence with Ral and to see Sekai actually lose. Episode 5 Holy shit Mirai in a swimsuit is stunning. The fight this episode was very lackluster asides from the particle trick. I just wanted to take a minute to mention the music. Not only does the excellent battle music from the original Build Fighters return, but also new remixes. Pumps me up a lot. |
I watched episodes 7-9 of GT and my god. The first two were just the plot from the Oolong introductory episodes mixed characters stolen from a Zelda game while the third was even worse. This show sucks even moreso than I remember it. I do not know how much longer my attention span can deal with this crap as it is starting to fade even now.

Yuki Yuna Wa Yusha De Aru Episode 5: I see why we had an episode free of fighting, for the next episode to be nothing but fighting. The last 7 vertexes vs the 5 Girls. I was surprised at this honestly they kicked the first one’s butt pretty easily but it was just a distraction for the others. First of all I loved that Itsuki got past the bell because of her being connected with Music and that sounds should harm people. I loved that after the Vertexes merged it kicked all their butts showing that this threat is actually extremely tough. I love that Fu, Togo, Itsuki, and Yuna all leveled up and transformed into their Mankai states (I also love that their powers can level up like a video game and they can get stronger.). I had a feeling everyone but Karin was going to go to Mankai because she said she was stronger than them but honestly I am happy that she only cared about that her friends were okay and not that they got more powerful than her. The characters are the best part of this show and they kick ass, I love Fu’s giant sword, Yuna’s giant mech fists, Itsuki’s vines of destruction, and Togo’s gigantic, badass, gun mech. I am intrigued to see if Karin goes Mankai I can only imagine what that looks like. I keep forgetting to mention this but I love their faeries, they are so cute and awesome. Still I love how each character didn’t give up for each of their own reasons transformed to a higher state, I also love they all have a higher state, I mean come on Sentais rarely do that.

I've gotten up to episode 15 of Gurren Lagann *again, 3rd time watching* & it looks like I'm probably gonna have to wait till around the beginning next year for Toonami to air the rest of the episodes.

Yuki Yuna Wa Yusha De Aru Episode 6: Well after that cataclysmic with the 7 Vertexes last episode, we have the aftermath of it. So something happened to the 4 that went Mankai and it’s pretty serious stuff, it actually feels much darker than the show let’s on because of the positive attitudes of the characters. Fu is now Nick Fury as she lost sight in one of her eyes, Itsuki lost her voice which is seriously a problem if it doesn’t come back because her dream is to be a singer, Togo lost her hearing in her left ear, and Yuna lost her taste. All are all serious things to deal with even if the Doctor says it will come back because what if they don’t? I don’t think the higher ups even know what’s going on with them. Itsuki writing with a notebook to speak is silly and fun, them not being able to do much with the 3 of them just shows how important the others are to the group. Karin’s development is one of my favorite parts of this show; I really like her struggle of what to do because she came to fight and now the fighting is over so where does she go from here? Yuna comes and finds her to bring her back to the club and inspires her to come back and actually want to stay at the middle school with the others, and that is the great part of Yuna; she’s not the smartest but she has so much heart and can inspire others to see more in themselves; it’s an amazing characteristic to have. By the end we have all of them together again all handicapped, and Karin does get to stay at the school, and Fu learns that the don’t have any knowledge that this was caused by Mankai. Still judging by they are handicapped and there is probably more information that the heroes don’t know I can see how this show continues, and I definitely feel another threat coming down the line too.
Yuki Yuna Wa Yusha De Aru Episode 7: So this was a fun episode of them just having fun and being treated to great rewards by the higher ups, now this is great hero treatment. Not really much to say besides their were a lot of silly moments between the cast. Also Togo was right about the Vertexes and more of them with the end with Fu getting their phones back. Well I can’t wait for more. As I sad the last few times this is a great Anime right now and it’s only 12 episodes, so it’s worth a watch. |
1st cour of Fate/Stay Night [Unlimited Blade Works] just finished up last week, so with that it'll be another four months till I can watch another anime since that's all I was watching lately lol.

So the new Yugioh movie has been revealed to come out in 2016 and will focus on Yugi and Kaiba. From the scans, Yugi looks a bit older and doesn't have the Millenium puzzle. Leading me to believe it's a post Duel Monsters story. I hope that it ties into GX a little like maybe Yugi having Winged Kuriboh, Kaiba being in talks to the establish the Duel academy and whatnot.
But honestly, I don't know what to expect from the plot. I want it to be a new villain who's really fleshed out but I hope it doesn't suffer from potiental prequel syndrome, like fighting a GX villain before they were being fought in GX or something dumb. |
Yuki Yuna Wa Yusha De Aru/Is A Hero Episodes 8-12:
Well apparently I am attracted to dark magical girl animes, lol. Here is what I was waiting for, the big explanation on how the hero system works, what happened to them, and everything else. Well they all got new faeries except for Karin probably because she didn’t Mankai, and they were cute and everything. Well alright so after the last Vertex showed up that was like the one Itsuki destroyed before and after Yuna Rider kicking it out of existence, we got the explanation. Now before I move onto my thoughts on that, the fight was really good for the characters because all but Karin were afraid to fight because of losing a sense or part of themselves and Karin knew that so she was going to go off and fight by herself but Yuna motivated everyone so they all went to take it down, cast the sealing spell, and the aforementioned Rider Kick of Destruction on it (Kuuga would be proud.). Now when we get back to the real world Itsuki, Fu, and Karin are together but learn that Yuna and Togo aren’t. They get transported to a previous hero who can’t move and is wrapped in bandages besides one eye, who tells them that when they go Mankai they is a hidden part afterwards called Sange (Falling Flower) That part of themselves gets sacrificed to the god in exchange for this power. So yes this is the dark part of it, the girls unwillingly sacrifice themselves to get god’s power, and as far as I know right now Fu won’t be able to see out of her eye, Togo won’t be able to hear, Itsuki speak, and Yuna won’t be able to taste again because of this. This was really sad and hopefully they find someone to save themselves because I am all full of feels and sadness for them. Obviously the really dark episode was coming after the really light-hearted, super-fun episode. Part of me thinks Togo is this previous Hero’s friend but she can’t remember because of her accident. Well this show got insane and I love it more, I can’t wait for more and will tell you what happens when I continue. 9: Also the most emotional episode so far and I am in tears from it. Fu learns what Yuna and Togo learned at the end of the last episode, and from further experimentation from Togo, they can’t die. The faeries protect them from dying, Togo tried to kill herself 10 different ways and she was stopped each time, I understand that is extreme but that makes sense trying to learn what are the purpose of the faeries. This leads to the emotional part that they aren’t going to get better and Fu learns of Itsuki’s audition and her dream of wanting to be a singer but with no voice she can’t. Fu gets super emotional and wants to destroy Taisha for them deceiving the girls. So the cool thing is they can use their powers any time which is nice to know. Anyways this leads to a fight between Karin and Fu because Karin and Itsuki weren’t told what happened before. Karin trying to stop her but doesn’t end well because Fu is insanely pissed off and motivated but Yuna stops Fu before she can hurt Karin. Yuna says even if they knew the risks they would have still went through with it to save the world because that’s what heroes do. With that and Itsuki coming saying she wouldn’t have had her dream if not for the Hero Club helped calm Fu, well I think she was still crying at the end. This episode just brought a lot of emotions out because as a younger sibling myself I know my brother would feel the same way and I understand that connection. 10: Well time to shatter whatever I thought this anime would end like, but this has been shattering expectations since episode 5. So we learn about Togo and it completely makes sense, why she had more faeries, what happened to her legs, and her memories. That she was a hero before hand and fought the Vertexes and went through Sange multiple times which crippled her legs, and her memories. Also Explains why she has four faeries, because you start with one and gain one each time you go Mankai and Sange. So Togo went through it 3 times which make sense (Legs, Memories, and hearing in one ear.) I was right that her friend was the hero that explained everything from before and Washio was her other name. She explains more to Togo that she goes to see for herself, and that outside of the wall there are an insane amount of Vertexes left and they will keep attacking and they will keep getting disabled. So Togo pretty much says fuck this and blows a hole through the barrier and is determined to kill Shinju (Their God) so they don’t have to offer their bodies any more. The final two episodes look like they will be insane. 11: More emotions and fighting this episode. Well an army of Vertexes that got through because of Togo wanting to save everyone by destroying Shinju. Karin and Yuna go after Togo and end up outside of the wall seeing the hellish environment left of the world. This really affects Karin a lot. Karin and Yuna retreat and get blasted by the Vertexes getting de-transformed. Meanwhile, Fu is still crying from the last episodes and not seeing what’s going on, Itsuki is kicking ass taking down a lot of the Vertexes, when Fu realizes what’s going on she sees her sister protecting her, and smiles because her sister moved in front of her instead of being behind her or alongside of her. So gets up and helps Itsuki fight as they finally fight alongside each other. It’s great for the Inubozaki sisters. Now back to Yuna and Karin, Karin is unconscious right now and Yuna can’t transform because of thinking about what Togo said and is emotional. The Vertexes attack but Karin wakes up transforms and saves Yuna. She tells Yuna she is no longer fighting for the Taisha (The organization they work for) but fighting for the Hero Club. She looks on at the oncoming Vertexes and prepares for battle. She goes Mankai and attacks the super powerful Vertexes that come at her. While she goes Mankai she recites the 5 Tenets of the Hero Club and after going back and forth with Mankai and Sange because of being knocked out of it like 4 times I think, and it doesn’t end well for her. She succeeded in destroying the vertexes but in return she lost the use of an arm, a leg, her sight, and her hearing. She has a really emotional moment with Yuna afterwards when Yuna finds her. She thanks Yuna for giving her something more to live for. Well back to Togo who wants to destroy more of the barrier but Fu and Itsuki stop her. Togo goes Mankai afterwards and tries to destroy the Shinju but learns her power can’t harm it. So she leads the Vertex in to try and destroy but Yuna found her resolve and destroyed the Vertexes attack, and is ready to try and help Togo get back from this way of thinking. This was a very exciting penultimate episode, getting great character development from Karin and Fu. I honestly didn’t think Togo would turn like this but she’s not really wrong she just wants to help her friends, while Yuna wants to help the world so it’s really interesting. I can’t wait for the final episode. 12: Now this is an amazing finale! Yuna stops Togo and convinces her that she will never forget her however during this emotional moment they get attacked by the Vertex and Yuna gets knocked out of her transformation and loses the use of her legs. Togo goes to stop the giant attack the vertex sent by herself. Fu and Itsuki join next, followed by Karin. They all put all of their hearts into stopping the giant vertex, and then Yuna pulls herself together and goes into it’s giant energy form and destroys the Vertex. After the battle Yuna is comatose, Itsuki can speak again, Togo is regaining the use of her legs, and Karin can see and hear again. Taisha tells them that they are done and Shinju doesn’t need their sacrifices anymore. So over time they all regain what they lost but Yuna is still like a statue can’t move or anything with her eyes open. They visit her all the time and talking to her but it takes a moment of Togo’s emotion that really wakes up Yuna. So now it’s the opposite with Togo pushing Yuna now. She gets the use of her legs back and they all succeed in the Cultural Festival and it’s all awesome and emotional. Now yes I know this is the happy ending that I wanted but it took a lot of emotion and they were successful in changing a god’s mind that the god doesn’t need sacrifices anymore (I hope) and the next Heroes will hopefully not lose any physical ability. Overall this is a fantastic anime and one of my favorites with a lot of emotional moments, great character development and awesome fight scenes. Now they interesting part is that the episode ends saying Yuki Yuna’s Chapter, now I don’t know if there will be a sequel or a prequel because Togo obviously has a story from before that can be told. Still I’m going to look into it. Now I am going to post a ton of pictures and try and get as many people I can into this anime because it needs to be watched. Well Now back to my regularly scheduled Toku watching from this nice Anime break. |
What would be a good pretty cure season to start with?

Okay, I see you are looking for a good season to start off with. I may not be the longest Cure fan but I'd say that a good season to start off with would be HeartCatch. I've heard lots of great things about it and I've watched a couple of the episodes and from what I've seen, it's one of the best and you will love every single character, especially Cure Moonlight and you will love the plot as well. :) |
the first pretty cure is pretty good. it definitely feels like one of those sunday morning shows from Japan.
and you can find it on Crunchyroll, and I think hulu (I might be wrong on that though) |

Builder Fighters try episode 7
I didn't enjoy this episode very much. The dude's teammates were assholes, asking Try Fighters to forfeit behind his back and then to ring out Winning and Lightning is some fucking petty shit. Ironically, I spent the beginning part of this episode messing around with my gunpla next to my laptop while watching. Episode 8 Man this Akira dude is a dick. And that Mega Shiki was too badass considering it was fucking hi-nu purple has a Mega Rider on its back lol. Seriously, any other Hyaku Shiki custom would have been a hell of a lot more fitting for destroying Gynao's shield then this hokey looking thing. Plus, I love this face Fumina makes. |

Build Fighters Try episode 9
This fight was damn intense but it sort of felt.... unsatisfying. In season 1, whenever Sei and Reiji got into a fight and pulled off badass new tricks, it felt rewarding and awesome. Here, I mean the Building Burning went all super sayian on that fugly Pink Victory ontop a G-fighter with destiny swords, but since we've been seeing crazy ass martial arts being pulled out this entire season, it feels... eh.... Episode 10 Was Mirai getting hit on by a sexy Glemy Toto? I can see why that rockstar would want a date with her to get to that..... upper chest region and articulate it a bit, if we're using gunpla terms here. Plus, that petit Beargguy had some awesome martial arts abilities. Episode 11 Man, that dude with the huge ass Gundam that beat Yuuma at the end was a fucking dick. And seriously, nobody besides a prick would use something as fucking menacing with a giant HG with a cloak, giant hands with a gundam face on one, douchey fangs and a mechancial wing coat to cover the nasty wire tentacles. Episode 12 Man, the Meijin fights really calmed me the fuck down. It was cool to see the ridiculous level of skill the Mejins had over Yuuma and Fumina. I think its most comparable to a fighting game, where depth, new techniques and styles are being perfected all the time. But I guess this is where everybody gets their obligatory mid season upgrade from the way the story's going and the scans. My overall thoughts on this first half is that the show doesn't wholeheartedly embrace a lot of the stuff that's in it, only because Build Fighters did it. Oh, we have to have a big breasted female authority figure of the main character who cheers him on to be in a relationship. And the rival builder character to the team's builder. And a Mejin. And a swimsuit episode. See my point?Build Fighters embraced those tropes by paying revernce to those elements intentionally and creating an awesome story. Whereas here, it just falls into the tropes. |
So I finally found out that some one subbed transformer microns of legends the japanese name for transformers armarda. The japanese dub has all fixed animation so no errors in it at all.

Watched the first seven episodes of G Gundam and I liked it.
The first five were kinda slow and I wasnt really sure how to feel about the show but once episode six came around I really started enjoying this alot. |

But 6 is definitely the game changer. Hope you continue to enjoy it. :D |

Has anyone else tried watching Crystal 13 on the PS3? It will not load for me at all but every other video does.
|
Watched the... first one or two episodes of Broken Blade I guess? I'm not sure they were kinda all edited together. Anyway, it was pretty generic. There's some magic, there's some mecha. Nothing really special. Although the concept of a future civilization that has no idea how to use mechanical tech due to their longtime reliance on magic powers is amusing.
|
Watched the first 12 episodes of Gundam Build Fighters TRY and i think i'm hooked. Probably gonna buy my first Gunpla later this week.
