I don't get why some people think that a character's design is magically made better just because they were in a good show.

Mainly because:

A) it isn't a character, it's a machine. And it's just a design feature. It's just this series interpretation of the traditional "v-fin" headcrest. In the instance of the upcoming Reconquista In G series design we see the forward facing crest that looks more like horns. Different strokes for different folks.

B) I'm not saying it's magically better. I'm telling you not to dismiss what is an excellent show over the trivial matter of one design feature of the titular suit. Turn A is one of my all time favorites, mostly because of it's bizarre differences when compared to the traditional design asthetics of Gundams.

Regardless of if it's a character or machine, it still looks absurd.

I never said the show was bad, I said I didn't like the mobile suit.

Oh god, the AoZ Re-Boot stuff is giving me the feels. The series will indeed be set on Mars in UC 0091, just prior to the events of Char's Counterattack in 0093. This series may finally show us the origins of the Mars Oldsmobile Army from F91 Forumla Report.

Someone a couple pages back said that the HG Exia is overused. Personally, I'd rather not see sixty Zaku variants per year. At least this one's different enough. Assuming it's a MG?

For the most part the AoZ suits tend to be customized kits. The suit in question is a Hizack variant, not quite as prodigious in its variants as its spiritual predecessor. Fictionally speaking, the surpassing number of grunt/mass produced suit variants would be easier to produce as a test bed for new technology or weapons than an entirely new unit. Even in AoZ the "Gundams" are actually GM variants with gundam style heads. Besides, Bandai knows it's an easy sell.

I'm rather interested in seeing this Neo-Zeon TR-6 in MS mode. Those lovely red and black color schemes are quite pleasant.
