What I can get from the april (4) part is that black and white woz somehow fuse into Woz Gemini. and Tsukuyomi get rider power indeed with an amaterasu mode.

May part seems to mention Chronos and Evol Watches. Oma Zi-O appears with Oma Driver ?

As much as I want it to be true, it really feels like fan creations.
Both Woz fusing, Tsukuyomi being a rider, Oma Zi-O with Chronos and Evolt armors, and then SaikyoMao and Singular ridewatches.
I hope I'm wrong but I prefer not putting too much hope into this.

To be fair Singular was outright in the driver and Tsukuyomi being a Rider has been speculated for a long time. But you're not really wrong
