I'd say it's fairly obvious that by using the term "deactivates" their jut telling us Chase is shut down for a while but like any heroic death there will probably be a reversal. They brought Shinnosuke back after all so why not Chase.

I'm probably he could be revived on Drive-Ghost crossover episode but will be dead until team up movie because Chase is too cool to live like Gai Yuki or Kaito Kumon.

Yes we do. The last scans that show us the crossover mention that the Kamen Riders are currently cleaning up the last Roidmudes after the finale, it shows all three (Shinnosuke, Gou & Chase) in henshin pose and it even has a picture of Kamen Rider Chaser fighting against some generic Roidmudes.

We all kind of were expecting Chase's. I know these leaks are spoilers, but Chase's death is too major of a spoiler to include, so it really ruined the end for me, even if I could expect it.

What if in case Heart and Medic don't survive, they place a piece of their conscious into one of the shift cars?

Medic - Mad Doctor

I've always thought the Roidmudes had a shift car counterpart. Heart was Deadheat, Medic was Mad Doctor, Chase was Proto Speed, and Brain could be Formula since Shinnosuke always used it as counter to Brain.
