Trains are awesome, so they better do good with this series. I want something along the lines of GoGoV and NOT Go-Onger.

Well, GoGoV would be nice, because it would be cool to see how the style of older Sentai series would look like in a new production.
Something more military-based like Jetman would be cool, too. Go-Busters was a bit like that, but suffered from the poor quotes (wonder what it would have been like if it wasn't rewritten, but that's a different story).

Who suggested the whistle henshin?

I'm hoping that the team base resembles a large station.
