While the moveset should be what you want (I don't think Ancient Power is one of Swinub's egg moves, though. Icicle Crash and Stealth Rock should definitely be passed down, however), the chance to pass down a hidden ability is only 60-80% (I've seen it cited as both).

Kecleon, Mamoswine, Piloswine and Dunsparce pass Ancient Power down when they are the father and I've been using a Smeargle to get the desired moves for my Ice Piggies in Black.

And even though I don't do the whole "tiers" thing, I do use Smogon for movesets and EV spreads which is why I'm very impatient for the X/Y update.

Speaking of evees…female ones are much harder to catch in X it seems.

Spent almost an hour before I was finally able to get one.

Well, I started my quest for a female competitive grade Mamoswine that I would name "Brynhildr" in Black but now that the Hidden Ability can be obtained without Dream World, I'm trying to get her in X.

And I'll gladly help get you your battle toad.

Depends on how you want to run it. For a special attacker, sure, but I've seen others who prefer to use it as a Sp.D wall instead.

You can hatch female eggs when breeding with Ditto.

Huh…I thought it was gender specific to whatever parent pokemon your breeding with…did not know that.

The species is dependent on the mother, but the gender boils down to gender ratio (Starters have an 87.5 M/12.5 F gender ratio). Sometimes we all have bad luck, though :lol
