I just found out Ariados gets a new signature move, Toxic Thread, it poisons and lowers speed. That's actually pretty cool

I figured I'd make my own deals in GTS so I can knock out Politoed, Scizor and Slowking. Really trying to get as much done before the mid-Jan update renders that a moot point.

It's something they seem to be seriously working on in this gen, giving previously unremarkable Pokémon their own niches either through abilities or moves. Like Drizzle on Pelipper or Burn Out on Typhlosion.

As for my Pokedex woes I may just end up getting Sun and getting the trade evos that way.

So, so close to completing the Melemele Dex! Just need a few evos and breed a Happiy then I'll be done with that island!
