Poor Dwebble and Crustle don't learn Crab Hammer, but every other Crab-Like Pokemon does. Including Crabrawler and Crabominable who aren't water types, just like Dwebble and Crustle.

Sucks that Houndoom can't learn Poison Fang. :(

They're Hermit Crabs! How are they not crabs? Paras is also a type of Cicada, not a crab.
