There's a plastic shortage in Japan that's affecting kit availability. Even if it's a new kit if it sells out don't expect to see it restocked any time soon.

So far it's only affected reprinting. Initial runs haven't been altered, but additional units post release are limited and older kits are only being selectively reprinted.

Tajador already being exclusive likely means it's not affected, anyway. P. Bandai kits aren't produced in the same numbers/reprinted like normal kits, anyway.
