I watched plenty to know when I don't like anime

Even though Gintama is greatness, I don't think it's for some people.
It takes time to actually get gripped into the anime.

Yeah, I'll admit it does take some time before the main cast can all get introduced, but it really becomes amazing when they're all there and interacting with one another.

Also, you gotta love the jump references and the fact they discovered that Araki is actually an immortal fairy.

The Disappearance of Nagato Yuki-chan 10

As good as this episode was I REALLY hope it isn't hinting at the return of the "real" Yuki. I like this parallel universe so much more than the actual one and don't want to see it start creeping into it :(

I haven't seen much of the original anime that set in the "real universes" but I found od pd how yuki was behaving.

I just looked up a synopsis of the manga, and it doesn't seem like it will do what the haruhi disappearance movie did. But I wasn't able to read a synopsis of volume 8.

Learned about kinda late, but it's always a good time to watch a Makoto Shinkai film.
Crunchy has all of them up in pretty much all regions, I also love pretty much all of them, so you'll have some guaranteed fun.

Eureka 7 episode 30

So the LFOs are basically just armor built on top of these excavated limb and body skeleton things? Well that's disappointing. I was expecting something more like Turn A where the mecha were found intact.

Holy shit this show just dumped a whole lot of plot on me at once So the dude who got out of prison who's a commander now who hasn't shown up for like 15 episodes is all of a sudden revealed to be an important badass working for this queen lady in space. Finally! Some potential space battles!

And the Anti-bodies the coralian makes is pretty fucked up. They don't fit in with the visual style of the rest of the show, and they have some pretty fucking horrific implications of violence considering they're just innocent amoeba looking things floating around.

Watched PMMM movie part 1. Great refresher so far. I'll watch 2 and 3 later.

I wonder what the LFOs have to do with the Coralians. The commander guy with the awkwardly average name that I'm forgetting right now said the Seventh swell time and anti-body time were the same. Maybe the Type Zero was the corpse of a previous Coralian attempt at humanoid life?

Also Anemonie or however you spell her name really seems to go through mood swings for no reason. I always kind viewed her and the guy who takes care of her as a distorted version of Renton and Eureka's relationship or something. But she was being a total bitch this episode.

Also, what's up with these Ribbons Almark classy motherfuckers ordering the state army guys around and being all about observation and shit?

Episode 33

Wow, this was really good character development and tying a lot of stuff together. Although I feel like the backstory of the Gekko crew is still very vague at this point but we are getting towards the endgame. Usually, for 50 episode series like this, I feel character backstory is kinda needed before we get balls deep into the plot.

Ok guys I need help the wikia just told me that the rebroadcast version is season 1 and 2 together as one season. Is it better to watch ot in chorological order for The melancholy of harui suzumiya

it depends on if you want the endless 8 to be sprinkled in or just go through all of them.

I like watching in order as they are meant to be not out so that it out of order it all over the place. And I was told endless eight was bad. Ist better to have in chronological order so it consisted and clean.

The only difference with the broadcast and episode orders is one has the endless 8 sprinkled throughout, the other has the endless 8 episodes at the latter half of the season. Just choose what you want.

I think ill go with watching chronologing so 6 episode are the first six part of title of the anime as episode title first.

Eureka 7 episode 34

Wow, just a lot is getting dumped on in these last few episodes. Norb has some weird trapper and drive controlling powers and he had a partner before. And now he has one of those things in his chest. And he has purple eyes too. Does this mean he might be part Coralian too?

And it took forever to finally get an explanation about the Voderack and what's up with Holland and Renton's sister. Although I wonder if Renton's sis is gonna have that big of a part to play in any remaining episodes?

And Talhoe revealing she's pregnant was a shock to me, but it does explain here desire to change, from just being a fast and loose young women wear skanky clothes to being a respectful and stronger mother.

Re: Haruhi.

Honestly I think its better to watch Endless Eight all in one go. It's long, painful and incredibly tedious but that's the whole point. Doing so adds so much more gravity to the situation and puts the movie in MUCH better context.

Not saying the whole arc wasn't completely dumb, but that's the best way to make sense of it all.

I think this episode has given me my share of manass and manback for today...

Pretty interesting how Holland was connected to Renton through his sister, but that begs the question of why he didn't bring it up before...

And this episode also proves my opinion that makeup is bullshit.

Also, we're getting close to the end and Eureka still looks all gross and veiny.

Watched the first five episodes of Binan Koukou Chikyuu Boueibu Love and I really like it. Its a fun show that has alot of fun with its premise.

Only negative I have so far is that some of the gags pop up one or two times too often for my taste.

I still think make-up in general is bullshit unless you're going to a special event or you're infront of a lot of lights or a camera.

I was really excited when I saw that the two Gargantia specials were added to the streaming site I used over the weekend. What great timing given I just finished the series, right?

So I watched the first one last night. I really enjoyed it, even in spite of having to switch from dubbed to subbed. I really liked how long it was too.

Then I tried to watch the second one...

And I just can't. The fansubbing is just atrocious. Absolutely bloody abysmal. I don't even understand how I got halfway through it's so painful to try and watch.

So it looks like I'm waiting. For something. Because I have never bothered before with waiting for different groups or caring about them in the least. At all. But I seriously can't watch it until somebody else does it, so have to find out somehow.

Watched the first three episodes of Parasyte last night and loving it so far.

Ok I have 5 episode left of the endless eight arc and you guys and other fans are right it drag on and on

which episode is the one where they relive the last week of summer over and over?
that's probably my favorite since it adds such a great part to Yuki's character.

That's the one also I got told to watch the movie before this arc. Also dose an episode take place where we see kyon meeting kyon that got stabbed the kyon that goes back fixes is there an episode that take that events

I do agree that it's a huge part of her character though, hence why I said it's so important to watch them all at once.

I was referring more to which SPECIFIC episode where they're told this. I'm just gonna assume its the eighth endless 8 episode. I just find the one episode the best because it feels better as a standalone.

Episode 7 of Parasyte was pretty nuts. I don't know if anyone else here has watch Parasyte yet, but it's totally awesome. I do want to check out the Japanese live action films from Toho soon.
