Weirdest thing is that it seems to be some sort of garden statue... the story is on tomopop but I wasn't even able to read after seeing such a bizarre thing.

And I think it's Grendizer's head, Jeeg doesn't have the spikes.

No, those are Wing's shoulders, they're just folded down like they would if it was in Bird Mode.
