I can't get his swords in them and probably almost snapped off one of the handles because it started to bend.

Never had any problems with hers, but that might be due to the design of her swords. The pommels are a lot smaller.

That's how I feel also, Figmas are definitely great representation of anime characters as a action figure, but at the same time some thing does feel off to me when compared to figuarts.

Maybe it's the scale or how light they are, but I was pretty underwhelmed with my DeadMaster Figma.

They seem to have more of a matte finish than SHFs.

The characters themselves constantly shift proprotions during action scenes, so these do feel somewhat off.

That niconico broadcast disappointed me. Not even a gray prototype of Yu.

At this pace he'll be out by the time P6 rolls out. :P

Yeah, I had to get her from GSC as I couldn't go without the swords. They represent a pretty big turning point for her and are exactly what I wanted to display her with :( pretty annoyed they were the exclusive part and not the dumb standee of the one-star students.

Oh well, I'll just have to hope there isn't much else I want in August.

So I'm in search of a new Nanoha since mine took her spill and snapped off her pigtail a while back. Also her face and hair pieces wouldn't stay on.

Anyway, I'm trying to decide between a replacement Striker S version, or the Excellion or Sacred Modes. Suggestions?

Excellion comes with more parts for Raising Heart, Sacred is more... blue? I guess.
The tail parts still use tiny clear joints, though after a few falls my Fate is still intact, so they seem tougher than the original set.

I did get my Striker S Nanoha second hand at the least, so time and wear may have been part of the problem. Still, her proportions seemed a bit off, I'm not sure if that's due to her design or early series engineering issues.

Still, those things breaking is common enough to be considered a genuine problem.

Btw, with Vivid getting adapted there is a chance (slim as it might be) of a new adult Nanoha being released.

I'll take that action.

I can't see Max Factory passing up another chance to do Nanoha and Fate. That'd be like them not doing a Miku or a Saber :lol. That being said they'll probably come after Vivio and Einhardt, with Nove never getting a Figma knowing Max Factory.

Though I have no clue how big a role she or Fate have in Vivid.
