I just made a financially unsound decision. I found SHF Seig and Momotaros on Mandarake Umeda, and ordered them both.
I can't decide if I want them to end up out of stock or not. I mean, I did just sell off my GoBusters mechs, but I was actually supposed to use that money towards credit card payments, not turn around and blow it on fewer, smaller toys.

Woo! Ordered Red and Yellow :D Will get blue too but already have a big order coming in July so she'll have to wait a while. A little annoyed I missed Deka Red but I can't really afford 3 figuarts in June anyway, and Akiba Red is more important since he apparently comes with the 3 stands.

Really? I didn't know that... Although, wouldn't it make more sense for each Akibaranger to come with his/her/its own stand?

I ordered all three. ¥2350 each is a damn good price.

Me too, that is a pretty good price. I was planning to wait for them to appear on Mandarake, but I was also hoping to find them at 2000 Yen, so 2350 is plenty close enough.

Amiami give a fantastic service, the only thing worth mentioning is they don't like order cancellations. But they tend to overlook one or two anyway I think.

I've made a few canelations here and there, but nothing too massive. Though they finally gave me a "we don't like that" message when I had to cancel my MA Mecha-G(I couldn't help it, I didn't expect to get it as a Christmas present). Just don't cancel everything you have on order at once. That will probably get you blacklisted.

Anyway, I repurposed one of my odds and ends storage drawers from college to hold my Gokaiger merch. It's cool to see them all lined up like that. Just need to finally get around setting up a permenant display space for them.

Take advantage of their ordering system. Say if an in stock item is available early June and you're preorders for that month are not, throw that instock item with the preorder order and you won't have to pay till all your items are in stock. You save alot on shipping. Items wont carry over to the next month though.

Yeah, that mini pile of loot is real handy. Especially after the site upgrade that gave us a detailed user account and the ability to arrange those combined shippings manually instead of asking for it when you place the order/emailing them about combining items.

It appears that the S.H. Figuarts Akibaranger figures will be more anime-like. They're still very tempting, though.

So are the anime heads just alternate parts that come with the figure? Or are the regular and helmetless separate releases? Because that would be stupid and annoying.

The heads will not come with the figures.
They will probably come with something else, or release separately.

I'd like to see how many Yumeria heads they'll release. :p

Yeah it is. There's almost enough coming out this summer for me to say too much. Almost :)

On top of that there really are too many awesome exclusives that I plan to get along with all the normal releases. I mean there's Eiji Greed, Kyoryu Greed, Gosei Knight, Hyper Shinken Red, Fourze Rocket States, Ankh Complete, and Super TaToBa. Just to name a few! In other words I need a huge raise :lol

June is going to be tough for me too.

I think they send out the "we don't like that messages" depending on what the item is. My girlfriend managed to cancel a few plushies and a Mami figma (who was still shown as "in stock" at the time) preorders without any problems and then when I cancelled my figma Samus preorder (who was "sold out") I got that message despite it being the only thing I've cancelled in about three years.

He wouldn't be sold on AmiAmi if he was. I think that's just AmiAmi's way of making sure everyone who wants one gets one.
