Just watched the Blade: Missing Ace movie, and besides a few parts that was a horrible, horrible movie compared to how Blade ended! I am really upset from it.

Watched Kabuto episode 9, Enjoyed Kagami a lot in this episode and happy to see him become TheBee because the other guy annoys me a lot for some reason. Love Tendou so I might keep up with this series because I want to see his story.

I think the ending of Decade (Which featured the return of the original Kenzaki, both actor and character) was a bigger betrayal.
He went from man who literally sacrificed everything to make sure someone else can be happy to a heartless monster who wanted to murder because he couldn't figure out another way to solve their problem. All because Decade.
It hurts...

Yeah, I don't consider any of Decade canon, specially the appearance of the original Heisei Riders, it doesn't add anything to their stories, and generally speaking doesn't make much sense.

I'll blame Diend or something.

Yeah it makes no sense with Wataru's or Kenzaki's character in Decade.

Ironically when Kenzaki came back in Decade that was the main reason I chose to watch Blade.

Wataru becoming the pseudo-leader of the Riders against Decade was stupid as heck, and his personality was completely different from the one he had in Kiva.

In a similar note to yours Wataru's return was what convinced me to watch Decade :p

I want to watch Blade but I have to finish Fourze, Go-Busters and start Wizard... so yeah it may take a while :lol

So, it doesn't really ahve to do with anything I'm watching now, but when I was watchign Ryuki I couldn't help but think Ouja was familiar. I didn't say anything since I assumed I'm wrong, but then it hit me. I've seen a cobra-styled bad guy with a sword who talks in a quite threatening tone before.

I'm pretty sure Ouja was homaged as a monster once, specifically the cobra Imagin Wing Form kicked the shit out of in Den-O's movie. I'm not kidding, the voice sounds familiar, the designs are even similar with the head sharing design elements, and the torso having the cobra's frilly business as a paldron.

EDIT: And a quick window-dive into Wikipedia does not despute this. Hot diggity, as if I needed another reason to love Wing Form it beats up Ouja alegories for me before I even knew I didn't like him. And as much as I dislike Ouja, the actor is confirmed as an even bigger cool guy.

Lol, for that reason and after watching Super Hero Taisen made me watch Decade.

Yeah the characters were so off in Decade.

Yeah, the fact he does stuff like that is awesome in my book.

So decided to watch Decade episode 1-

Not bad, Im actually liking it so far, which is weird in how most series it takes me a few episodes to get into :lol

I enjoyed Decade a lot. It might not reflect the other shows accurately however I find it a lot of fun

I'm pretty sure they only used Wataru because he was still easy to get, being the immediate preceding Rider. I honestly wouldn't be surprised if he wasn't even done filming Kiva for long before his first Decade cameo.

Watched Kabuto 10-14 just now, and I'll to say that Daisuke/Drake is one of the strangest characters I have ever met from Kamen Rider; strangely intrigued with him. Kageyama I like as theBee and as a character right now. Kagami and Tendou are really awesome all the time.

Also I think they just twisted Tendou and Daisuke and got Decade and DiEnd from them. Not exactly sure just yet with Drake/DiEnd comparison though.

Tsukasa is what happens when you take Tendou and force the audience to side with and like him.

Uh, isn't that just Tendou anyway?

Because I must've missed the scene where that insipid used tissue of a character was ever not portrayed as a moronicaly over-powered and intelligence-insulting demi-God.

I've only seen Tsukasa as he appears in other series tie-ins and he's way more likable than Tendou. (And he's still a boring, annoying lump)

Tendou's overpoweredness was what ruined Kabuto for me, I found it hard to be engaged in a series where the main Rider could sneeze and kill every person on the planet - within the first five episodes. Obviously a Rider needs enough power to not feel like a dude in a costume singularly, but every hero need to lose or there is no reason to care about them.

It always felt like the show knew Tendou was unlikable, which is where Kagami came into place. While making Tendou the main character wasn't the best move, it always felt that the show made it clear we were supposed to side with emotionally and morally straight Kagami.
I dunno. It's been 3 years since I've seen Kabuto.

Yeah, it got a little ridiculous how perfect he was.
I'm still willing to defend Tendou just because I know what happens when the audience if forcibly sided with him and how bad things can actually get.

I think it's more that Tsukasa is what happens when you take Tendou and remove Hiro Mizushima's natural charisma.

Tsukasa is what happens when you don't give one single fuck about your main character.

Seriously, no personality, no character, and an actor who makes Kristen Stewart look like Bill Murray.

I know it's true, but I still love the design of the Decade suit itself. I love the Kamen Rido...D-D-DECADE! when he henshins, I love the Booker. I think Decade just would've worked better with new writers.. and a new actor.

The stutter is only on Final Form and Final Attack Rides. Not on transformations.

Final Attack Rido... D-D-D-DECADE!

Even his jump noise has the stutter. Decade would absolutely be awesome with a new writer and actor. Nothing about the premise or gimmick is flawed, just the actual execution.

There's a novel adaptation of Decade isn't there? it's kind of weird though.

I would love a Decade reboot. They could call it Decade:Revival and completely ignore the first Decade happened. They could even make it a one or two off movie(s) and make it work. Like ZX.

Or a manga, like spirits.

I actually liked the guy who played Tsukasa honestly. I am still not sure on Tendou, I'll have to see more, however I love Daisuke, Kagami and Kageyama so far.

I'm downloading the first 20 episodes of Hibiki, the designs have always interested me. Am i going to be disappointed?

No. Just remember that it's a very, very different series.

So I know it's not watching but I started reading the Kamen Rider Spirits Manga, and I enjoyed the first chapter.

Den-O and Decade Movie:

It didn't feel like a crossover. It felt more like a pretty good Den-O movie, with Decade and DiEnd thrown in. Seriously, when DiEnd showed up. I said to myself, "Why is he here? Why is he here? Someone tell me WHY IS HE HERE?!?" *sigh* DiEnd just loves to come in and bring movies down doesn't he? I figured Yuu was Yuuto as a kid. I liked his inclusion, since we got a bit more backstory on him. The Owner, and The Staionmaster had some funny moments. I loved the delivery on some of the Stationmaster's lines. Overall, I liked this movie. I just think that Decade, and DiEnd's inclusion was unnecessary.

Yeah, pretty much. It's like Climax Deka, they wanted to make a Den-O movie and threw in a couple of gratuitous cameos from the current series for whatever reason.

I honestly don't get that, it's advertised as a crossover, then it seems the writers start writing a Den-O movie, then when they are almost done, then they remember "Oh yeah! This is supposed to be a crossover! Darn it...uuuuuuuh...where can we fit Tsukasa/Wataru in?". I'll just call it "Den-O Movie Syndrome".

Den-O and OOO's crossover was pretty good about it, giving Eiji a fair amount of screen time.

Longest movie name ever :lol Kamen Rider Den-O Kamen Rider OOO All Riders vs DaiShocker Let's Go Riders.. How they fit that on the front of a DVD Case I have no idea, needs a damn boxset just for the name!

But I completely agree. That is one of the best, if not the best, team up movie I've seen.
