Men In Black did start off as a comic, but it wasn't at Marvel. A couple publishers owned the property before Marvel acquired them. The film rights were picked up before the Marvel purchase

But, to answer your questions, I think I've seen most Marvel movies. I only ever skipped Apocalypse, Dark Phoenix, and the Spidey villain spinoffs.

I had the misfortune of watching Josh Trank's abysmal Fan4stic, but it was an online rip and not a single cent was contributed !

I'm watching X8 Apocalypse on Disney+. I will add it to my Marvel library later on DVD. Dark Phoenix is next in line.

I will see Logan when I finish The Wolverine on DVD. I wonder if Dark Phoenix will set up the first X movie. Apocalypse seems to be about 14 years before X1.

Exactly one year since I received the first copies of my book. And even though 2022 turned out to be extremely unsuccessful, my "Shadow Girl" still spread throughout the country, received many positive reviews from children and adults, and was even awarded a prestigious literary award. All this inspires me to continue working on the second part, despite the difficulties.

That's a very normal way to get a cat name, or get a cat in general.

I picked up TMNT 2003 which runs on my DVD player. Started it up a few days ago.

I'm at half on Galaxy Man , Time Ranger , Hurri and Aba from Shout and put a suspension on Stream till February after I order Deka in January from Shout to get a lagit home media release for this.

Stream costs are going up in January 2023.

That's off. Marvel acquired MIB in '94. The film came out in '97.
It's not plastered in Marvel logos simply because Marvel owns it, but it's not a Marvel franchise.
Marvel didn't even really want it. They bought the failing Malibu Comics (The company that owned MIB after Aircel Comics) only to keep DC from buying them first :lol

Also, speaking of Marvel films, Kick-Ass is also a Marvel franchise.

Anyway, I've seen every MCU film barring Black Panther: Wakanda Forever (Waiting for it to go to streaming).

For the non MCU Mahvel films:
I've seen all the X-Men (And Deadpool) films except The Wolverine and Dark Phoenix, which I have no interest in seeing anyway.
I've even seen the abysmal New Mutants.
All 3 Raimi Spider-Man films, both Amazings, Spiderverse, and both Venom films. I did not watch Morbius.
Watched the Blade trilogy, both FF films (Did not watch the latest Fan4stic), Daredevil, Elektra, Punisher (Did not watch War Zone), Ghost Rider (Didn't watch Spirit of Vengeance), and the Ang Lee Hulk.

There are some others that I haven't seen, like Howard the Duck, but I'm just sticking to the high profile ones.

It always amazed me that the first Marvel character to get a blockbuster was Howard the Duck.

What's weird is that Howard was already past his prime at that point. He hadn't had a solo title in years, relegated to small cameos, and his most previous major book was a black and white title that was cancelled in 9 issues.
The only important thing involving the character was a legal dispute about his ownership 6 years before the film was made.

Why they decided to move forward with the project over other characters (By 86, Spider-Man and X-Men were major comic book powerhouses) was beyond me.

I watched the Kakuranger Christmas episode, National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation and... A Very Minty Christmas (don't ask, I don't have an explanation) earlier today.

I also like turning on the Hallmark channel and letting their Christmas stuff run in the background until my brain melts but saying I "watch" those or calling them "movies" seems like a stretch to me.

Not actually. I was curious as to who saw what movies. Not all of you have seen all Marvel movies.

Some of you guys have Disney + so that's partly why I asked.

On another note order placed for Deka.

New Transformers game is coming out, Transformers Reactivated, and it looks really good. I mean, yeah, so far all we have is a cinematic trailer that's not indicative of gameplay, but it looks really good! The whole 'mass alien invasion' thing is a bit cliche but its certainly a bit different compared to the last few Transformers games.

Something that sticks out to me though is the threat in the game: a massive swarm of aliens called 'the Legion'. If you know your Transformer history, you'd know that the Legion is something which originated in Transformers Kiss Players, and they were, um, pretty unsettling! So to use them as the enemies, or to base the enemy around them, is an interesting choice for sure.

Well, as for me, this movies are not too different from tokusatsu: in fact, they always show the same thing, but the actors, themes change and, if you are very lucky, there will be some kind of original feature.

I should be finished with Aba in January. (Episode 22 of 50). I have yet to see 22 onward. Hopefully I can go right into Deka in February so I may need to space out the rest of Aba.

I plan to swap out my Brazil set for Magi as soon as Shout Factory gets it

I got a job interview today and I made it! I got my first job! It's a pick-packing job and its manual labour but its honest work that makes money while I work on improving my writing skills (my dream is to become an author) so I'm quite happy.

They did the interview over Skype and told me to do a bunch of physical dexterity stuff on camera to prove I was fit enough to work. I am a couch potato but I was able to pass the requirements. I wouldn't tell them this but I attribute me passing the physical requirement test to the countless hours I spent over the years doing strenous tokusatsu poses alone in my room while looking like an idiot.

Congrats! As a warehouse worker myself, I'm sure you'll do just fine.

X 12 (MCU Relaunch Movie - Phase 5 or 6)

I've seen two videos on you tube stating 2025 to be the entry date for The X Men into the MCU.

Also X 12 will be a relaunch movie as I had seen in a trailer and it said "Coming Soon"

If Marvel were to do an X movie now they can't reslot the team who were actual cast members in the movies so I suspect Marvel wants to let the Fox Contract run out before making X 12. Then reslot everyone. This happened to Spider Man twice with Sony. (Amazing and Homecoming respectively)

X 11 The New Mutants is the last movie in the first film story of X Men started with X Men 1. Marvel was under contract for Dark Phoenix due to Fox.

I'm not sure what that's going to do with Deadpool 3. Fox had made the first Deadpool movie and the 2nd.

We're not sure if they'll even adapt from Toei in 2024. So it depends on if Netflix relaunches after Cosmic Fury. Like Ultra they may do a new series. Possibly pulling a Mystic Knights stunt and design from the ground up. They did new Morphed Outfits for Cosmic Fury. Not adapted

I got a letter in the mail that the judge had hereby granted and ordered my new name. Now I have to go to SS and the DMV next for my insurance to change my gender mark.

Honestly, I really hope they continue to go in a more original direction. It might cost more, but I think it'll be worth it in the long run. Plus, I like the division between Sentai and PR.

Partially, I agree, but do not forget that the Power Rangers have not yet been closed only because of their cheapness. That is, it is very possible that the choice is not between Super Sentai and the original concept, but between Super Sentai and closure.
By the way, I will take this opportunity to write about what I have been thinking about for a long time. Judging by the lack of access to them on YouTube, the seasons of Sentai to Zyuranger are also under the copyright of the Power Rangers. Obviously, footage from such old shows will not be used, so why not use their story? Shoot a blockbuster, like a 2017 movie, based on the Jetmans or the Livemen, and an audience that hasn't seen the originals will be delighted.
