Finally watched Detective Pikachu, it was ok at best. Fuck you Mewtwo is not the strongest Pokemon when you say that in front of statues of Arceus, Dialga, and Palkia.

I'm not familiar with the Detective Pikachu mythos, but couldn't one argue that they may not be aware of their existence? They're mythical Pokemon from millennia ago in complete control of space and time, who left no trace that they were real.

It's kind of like the whole religion debate.
