Life was just piling up and I'm the person a lot of friends on Discord talk to when they need help. I just kind of forgot to empty my emotions somewhere.

I'm sorry that you had that happen. It's real easy to get so caught up in helping others that you forget to take care of yourself. That stuff all coming out the way it did probably wasn't how you wanted to deal with it, but at least you dealt with it. Feel better!
