Is Super Sentai going downhill while Power Rangers go up?

I heard Power Rangers Dino Charge is much better improvement than Kyoryuger in term of character development and maybe Power Rangers Ninja Steel can be 10 time better than Ninninger because what is the one thing Super Sentai don't get it right? Showcase the other rangers, If you showcase Red Ranger too much well Kyoryuger will be called "Daigo Sentai Kingranger"

Power Rangers is WWF and Super Sentai is WCW

During late 90s, WCW went downhill because they put too much focus on NWO while WWF focus on Fan Favorite like Stone Cold Steve Austin, The Rock, The Undertaker and Mankind!

Sentai is going downhill because it's trying too hard to be funny and oversimplifying everything.
Power Rangers is only going up in comparison to Samurai and Megaforce, which were trash. In comparison to other PR season, I only find Dino Charge to be about average, honestly.

I feel more hype for Power Rangers these days compare to Super Sentai. I hope Zyuohger surprises me. I didn't like ToQger and Ninninger. Even Kamen Rider to me has kinda went down hill after Gaim. I didn't like Drive and I haven't been up to date with Ghost since episode 6. Toei is letting me down with their recent live action superhero shows. I've been liking Ultraman X much more then both Drive, Ghost and Ninninger. I even like Ginga better then Wizard when both shows was airing in 2013.

To be honest

I feel Toei are just lazy with Super Sentai and Kamen Rider especially Super Sentai!

All they did is not putting a lot of effort on Super Sentai and give the footage to Saban to do with it! Like "Here a footage and do your magic!"

Sentai is in an era where they are trying to be as far from dark as possible. It may seem lazy, but it is selling toys and that is all the show is for. Same with PR, but everyone hated everything JT did to where as long his name wasn't on Dino Charge, it would be considered an overwhelming success and 1000 times better Dino Charge is good, not any better than say Jungle Fury or Lost Galaxy. Doesn't come near Ninja Storm, In Space, or Lightspeed Rescue though.

Both shows are here to sell toys with a minimal running plot. Some seasons they are better at the plot than others, but as long as the toys leave the shelves (which is becoming an issue in some places in America) the show won't really change.

Yeah, as long if kids like it then they will keep on watching it and buying the toys. Toy sales is the reason why Kamen Rider and Super Sentai are still around today. If it was not for toy sales then Kamen Rider would have been canceled with Ryuki or Blade.
