Actor Gentaro has a main role in series, actor Ryusei has a recurring role in the Kingdom franchise, actor Shun has retired. For the most part, without Gentaro, there is no point in the anniversary movie. I think now Toei will only be able to issue a special: "Osugi's suspenders against the revived Libra."

I mentioned this in passing, but it seems to me that Geats missed the opportunity to use his unique position in terms of time travel. That is, DGPs are not limited in the choice of epoch. This makes sense in theory, but would probably be way too confusing for kids and some adult fans to follow as we're viewing the story from Ace's perspective. Far easier to have the DGP seasons take place within successive epochs instead of jumping all over the place. This approach would've been better off if we were following he DGP's POV as then viewers wouldn't need a chart to keep track of two different chronological timelines.
