But what about the Bags or an unsuccessful Super Training regimen?
Each bag can increase the EV points as well!
A Small (S) bag increases by 1 point (10 hits to break), a Medium (M) bag increases by 4 (20 hits to break), and a Large (L) bag increases by 12 (50 hits to break)!
There are also other kinds of bags, too! There are 4 bags that can change how a Training Regimen goes, the Swiftness bag lets you move faster for the next regimen, the Big Shot bag makes your shots deal more, the Toughen-Up Bag makes enemy shots take fewer points away, and the Double Up Bag doubles the amount of EVs you get from a successful training regimen! (So completing a Lv 3 Training Regimen will net you a tasty 24 EVs instead of the normal 12).
There's also the Reset bag, that completely resets the EVs of the Pokemon, the Happiness bag, that increases the Pokemon's friendship, and the Team Flare Bag, that cuts in half the amount of hit needed to break open the next bag.

Who'd want to try a Random Battle?
No teams, no training, just pick some random Pokemon from your PC and fight with what they have.

Just need to establish Level tiers first, say 27-36?

I don't think Outrage Salamance is really needed anymore. If this was Gen V, then it'd be a scary threat, but now with Fairies, they can swap in and immediately give Salamance trouble.

Rules:
Pokemon must be Level 30-40 (at least for the first battle).
The less familiar you are with using them, the better.
HM Slaves are permitted as long as they don't have Surf or Fly.

Sound like fun?

No, it mattered little. The unboosted Waterfall did enough damage to make the entire matter negligible, since I'd be taking 2 hits that turn, anyway.
My mentality was that, if Power-Up Punch could've taken out whatshisname, then I could've stood some chance.

Highly unlikely they have any Pokémon in that range that isn't trained :lol

Then again this is more or less the "Fight while blindfolded" thing you see where the Master tests the Student by having them fight while taking away an important assest. Can you destroy a team with Pokemon fresh outta Friend Safari or off of Wonder Trade?
