Nearly every post you make you starts with you saying things I fully agree with until you say something so wrong I can't even finish reading your posts. This happens 9 times of 10.

Uh... Wizard is boring? That is news to me because I find Wizard to be vastly superior to OOO. It hasn't reached W or Fourze greatness yet, but it surpassed OOO after 4 episodes.

And didn't you give Go-Busters a 7.5 in the Overall topic? I don't see how you can bash Wizard and praise Go-Buster. Go-Buster was as exciting as watching paint dry.

1) I don't give a damn about OOO. Wizard is like watching a lame mad lib played out by wood. Actually, wood would be more 3 dimensional. It's boring, but this is Super Sentai. Back on topic.
2) I didn't give a rating to GoBusters. I don't like rating fiction with numbers, it just doesn't work. If I had to order all the Sentais I've seen enough to form an opinion on in order of best to worst, Gobusters would be about halfway down the list. The only boring characters in GoBusters were the support staff and Escape. Everyone else (mostly Enter) was enjoyable to watch.

As for the show, I thought everyone but Enter was down right awful. Everyone else was bland, useless, and had absolutely no character development.

Dekaranger is a great show. You're truly missing out by not watching it, and I felt that it had a great finale.

I felt let down because the fight with Aburera was so pathetic. The show really needed an actual central villain, a crime boss or something. Not some boring weapons dealer.

I completely disagree. Adding a more prominent villain to Dekaranger is exactly why SPD is a vastly inferior series by comparison.

Abrella is a great character because he spends half the series behind the scenes, and isn't there just for the sake of "conquest". I'd take him over most Sentai villains any day.

Exactly. Abrella isn't just sitting around in some evil castle or space ship or whatever stomping his feet at the Dekarangers. He's a villain with real personality and his only goal is money. He's looking out for himself, he doesn't need standard henchmen or anything like that, he's just a good stand alone villain. And for a show about police detectives it makes perfect sense to have a criminal mastermind instead of a giant space emperor or something as the final villain.

He ranks right up there with some of my favorite villains because he breaks that mold on what a typical villain is.

I would just like to say that I watched Carranger episode 1 and outside of Gokaiger, easily had the most fun pilot I've seen in Sentai! I loved every second. I finally found my new series to watch.

Kid flying through the air on a tricycle had me in tears I was laughing so hard...

Having not seen Dekaranger, take everything I say with a grain of salt.

That said, the issue might be scale. Being a weapons dealer, there is no real escalation of threat. There isn't a reason for this person to be climactic. He's exactly as you said. He's just a good stand alone villain. That logic allows for any given villain in Dekaranger to be the final, climatic villain.

He may be different, but that doesn't mean he's succeeded as a character or a villain.

Once again, I have yet to see Dekaranger, so I really have no idea what I'm talking about. Just making general observations.
