Isn't it weird that Tamashii has an in-house product like this, Figuarts Mini, but all they do in terms of Toku with it is Ultraman?

Tsumuri feels like the most likely, maybe right after the HG Ruriko from Shin KR

It's a licensing thing. I suspect the cost to license the mainline Kamen Rider TV series is too expensive for Goodsmile to want to take on. This is compounded by the fact that each series is less than a year and the turnaround for a Nendoroid is nearly 2 years.

So by the time Goodsmile is given the final art for which to sculpt a figure for, it will be a year after the show ends before the figure arrives on shelves. That doesn't exactly inspire confidence.

As movies, Shin Ultraman and Shin Kamen Rider are much easier to keep relevant and the licensing easier to draft.

Figuarts mini might be a new fast way to capitalize on a currently airing season, but even the Ultra ones seem to be done with future crossovers in mind, or those series with very sizable following (like Ultraman Z). And again its Tsuburaya vs Toei here.

Yeah I've always thought that was the intention. HG Girls Izu looks great with Zero One SHF, but Reiwa SHF have also gotten slightly bigger recently.

Nendoroid Shin Kamen Rider fully revealed. Interchangeable parts to make different poses, including options parts for the coat and scarf. The eyes can also light up with a battery operated feature. Releases December 2023, 6,900 yen
