But his helmet sculpt is entirely new.
and his hands and forearms have different armor on them.

No way it is, this gets premiered what next month? We still have until Fall for new forms :lol

The headsculpt I don't agree with you on. It's a helmet/visor just like the other AC's. You can see the rectangular bar running across the top of his head that connects the back of the helmet to the new crest. So that clearly slides on. But looking more closely now I see he has new forearm pads. So it likely is a new base suit after all.

Looks like Gaim Kachidoki's head crest and mouth plate as well as chin looks different. So I personally think it is a new head sculpt as well. Bit bummed that per-orders are sold out though.
