Kabuto was the first Figuarts Rider?

Technically no, the first Rider Figuarts were figures based on "The Next" movie, but Kabuto was the first main Rider from a regular Kamen Rider show they did in the line.

They had another Rider line before but it died when the Figuarts came along. It was called "Sochaku Henshin", which is apparently what the "S.H." in "S.H. Figuarts" stands for, as an homage to the old line. I don't know if that was ever confirmed though.

The SH stands for "Simple style and Heroic action".

Makes sense, considering it's printed on every box :lol

Looks like we're getting renewals of the Hopper Bros, plus more Drive SHFs (Gold Heart!), Amazon Sigma, some of the outstanding Showa bikes are on display again (ZX & Skyrider), and more Ultraman kaiju.

Meh on the Hopper Bros. They look great but I'd rather Drake, TheBee and Sasword be tackled first.

Sigma is a definite buy, LOVE that he has the "x moves" hands.

Ultra stuff looks superb, will definitely get Mefilas and Gomora. Not sure about the others.

And as great as that Retsu Ichijoji is, that's clearly going to the same warehouse that Hongo from last year has gone :lol

Does Sigma look a bit too silvery? He's almost like a silver white color. Remember him being darker in the show. Either way, I want him.

Probably because of the show's colour filter. The suits all look a lot brighter as toys.
