Maybe create an entirely new tokusatsu or something first for streaming sites if you want to boost toku's appeal to the West. Super Sentai is already known as Power Rangers and that's seen as kid stuff by a lot of the West.

Maybe just accept that Kamen Rider won't be as popular? Yes it has similar elements, but it will always be seen as PR. Which is okay! Something doesn't need to be super popular to enjoy, stop obsessing over it so much.

You jest, but I feel like this is unironically the case. Think how superhero films are desaturated, realistic and/or military garb-esque.

There are people who simply can't enjoy something because it looks 'too colorful' or 'unrealistic' or 'kiddy'.
