I don't think female Riders are any worse than males. There are simply fewer of them, and none were even the secondary Rider of the season. Still, the progress in Reiwa is huge. As I already wrote, it is enough to remember that there were also female Riders in the Ghost.

In the style of such characters, it fits very well into the specific concept of duty.
The Shindai in the second episode of Sword of Logos Saga had a great tea party scene, which explains well why they act like that. Another thing is that in a good way she has a place in the main series, and not in a spin-off.
