I don't if anyone else is a wrestling fan (this board doesn't seem to have an active wrestling thread, which is a little weird for a Costumed Fighting fandom) or watched Wrestlemania, but HOLY SHIT. The whole thing was a bit of a wash, more bad than good, but on Night 2 I got to see Bray Wyatt in metaphysical conflict with the concept of John Cena, and it blew my goddamn mind. Easily one of the most original, audacious things I've ever seen from a wrestling promotion. If Christopher Nolan and Charlie Kaufman booked a wrestling match, it'd probably play out like this one. If you want to see what can be done with wrestling narratives, track it down.

I absolutely HATED WrestleMania this year, primarily because a majority of wrestlers I liked and wanted to win didn’t, not least of all Brock Lesnar. I wanted him to retain due to an ongoing grudge I have against Drew McIntyre.

Yeah, it was not a great event. (I honestly just watch AEW, but ended up watching this since my roommate had it on.) A couple good matches, though. The ladder match from Night 1 was great, the Women's 5-Way from Night 2 was pretty fun, and I liked some of the Edge/Orton match. (The first few and last few minutes, not the four hours of the middle section.)

But the filmed segments were, I thought, the best parts. If the whole thing was going to be pretaped, I wish they'd been as innovative across the board. As it was, the Boneyard and Firefly Fun House matches were easily worth my time.

And man, I hate Drew McIntyre so much. Him and Strowman, they're just the most boring wrestlers to me.

Its been a weird day. Also hi old friends, back again maybe for more than a few days this time lol. Been rediscovering my love of Kamen Rider again and toku in general, watched all of Build and working on Ex-Aid now.

First time with Ex-Aid and about half-way through, its really enjoyable! Liking it more than Build honestly which wasn't bad but felt samey sometimes

Build, yeah, I think by the time you get to the third phase of the war, the third Touto Versus Someone arc, it can start to wear on you. Super clever show, though, with some great acting and writing.

Build had a great villain, good suits, and strong themes but I thought it was lacking in fight scenes sometimes. They weren't bad but they didn't pop which a big thing for me personally

Well, shit, good news: Ex-Aid is basically ALL POP!

Request to the admins, can we please update the feature in our public profile control panel that asks us to set which is our favorite Rider/Sentai/Ranger series is? It's bugging me a lot that Sentai only goes up to Ninninger and nothing else beyond that.

Six episodes into Evangelion. The series hasn’t exactly “clicked” with me yet, but I’m enjoying it.

I haven't seen Samurai Jack in 9 years. Started it on DVD today. Also I'm half finished with TMNT 2012.

I started rewatching Choujinki Metalder earlier today. The start of this series as well as the show's soundtrack are still very solid and I'm looking forward to revisiting all of the episodes all over again especially the ones that featured Top Gunder.

Just finished the Poseidon Arc of Saint Seiya and I got to say skip the Asgard Arc as it serves no real point to the show.

I live in one of the worst states! I found a baby raccoon in my backyard about 4-5 hours ago. No mother in sight. Nobody is willing to come get it. One person said they would charge $199 to come get it. $199?! NO!!!
It's been breaking my heart all afternoon. But someone just gave me the number to a woman an hour away. She told my mom and I how to take care of it for the night. And tomorrow we will make the trek to take the poor baby to her.

Funny thing about that, my extended family has history with autism, and my dad told me I have one but I was never officially diagnosed (maybe because it's mild) and because of that I'm making a documentary for final year in college about autism in adults, since there is likely a case where adults (who were children back in the 90s) aren't diagnosed with it. It didn't help that in my country autism awareness is present but still faced with stigma, thus makes it understandable why parents didn't diagnose their child back then.

And while at it, a toy gun that has an airplane attached to it for no reason. :lolol

If only I had the skills for that. Lol. My best bet would be to photoshop those into a pic with it.
