Hey, so, apparently some of the Super Sentai Figuarts have the same gloves? Like their hands look exactly the same, style wise. I noticed this on the SS figures I have so far (Shinken Red, Tyranno Ranger, Dragon Ranger, and Deka Red), and noticed the pegs on each wrist where the hand connects is the same too.

Meaning?

Deka Red can us Shinken Red's hands to wield his giant sword, and Tyranno Ranger could wield Deka Red's pistols using Deka Red's hands. No stress, no problems, everything connects just as easily as it should and stays tight!

god seeing those kyoryugers pisses me off that we never got beet or stag buster

I think it's pretty apparent that Beet and Stag Buster were never really that popular.

on the plus side…we still have Kyoryuger VS Gobusters and next year's Gobuster adaption for power rangers so there's still a chance for them to come up even though it is a year late.

Gotta agree my man, at least on the show portion. Go-Busters was an excellent show, and while I enjoy Kyoryuger immensely I still think I preferred the Busters. I don't hate anything about the show, I love it in fact, and I'm glad that they're rolling out the bravery here, but I really need some Jin and J in my life :(

I share your feelings, we have no idea if Beet and Stag will be released, and Kyoryu has already announced it's 6 members.
I'm happy for the Kyoryu fans but J and Jin should have priority. If anything to complete the team.

Only a few Sentai teams like Changeman and Kyoryuger have specially styled gloves, so if the colors match, almost all Sentai gloves are compatible.

Im not sure that's right, I want to say the one with the lowest ratings was Ohranger. They completely changed the show after those terrorist attacks happened, they didn't want the heroes fighting terrorists anymore. It was apparently too dark and the show tanked something awful because of it.

I haven't watched a lot of Sun Vulcan. But from what I have, it looks like something that would put me to sleep.

Blasphemy! Sun Vulcan was my favorite Sentai team while I was 5. The drastic different fighting skills of each member was a beauty to behold.

Random bit, but snagged a Kuuga Rising Ultimate Form (the other exclusive version, with the red eyes) AmiAmi listed in their pre-owned section a second ago. Jumped on that shit as soon as I saw it; it's the one Kuuga form that I found attractive and the ones listed on Mandarake for under 8000 yen always seem to sell really quickly, so I'm happy to snag one.

Count me in on the "Go-Busters was an amazing show and we need Jin and J figuarts". Definitely one of my top 5 shows of the Sentais I've watched.

OhRanger had the advantage of an interesting concept, main villains, and was only 18 minutes an episode. Dynaman has none of those and their episodes were 25 minutes.

Either Enter in his powered up form or the Dark Red Buster form, either will do. Hell they could make a 2 pack with escape as a figuarts zero, worked with Basco.

With the recent 2 packs cropping up as web exclusives i can see them being able to market Beet and Stag quite easy

Yeah but the question boiled down to what was the worst rated series after Go-Busters. Which is Ohranger. They are the 2 lowest rated sentai ever. Which is a travesty considering how great Go-Buster was.

It tanked because the toy line had no gimmick, they went back to basics after having basically every show since Go-Onger be driven by a collectible trinket. Engine Souls, Discs, Headers, and Ranger Keys. That's why Kyoryuger is being so successful now, the Zyudenchi are driving sales numbers.

I understand the logic in doing the collectible gimmick. But it sucks that it has to be this way. It could really hinder some potential good stories or cool looking mechs, just by trying to shoehorn a thing into the show.

Maybe next year you'll despise Tokkyuger and say how Kyoryuger was so much better. :p

Not nessecarily; While Go-onger, Kyoryuger, Shinkenger and Goseiger mecha have the gimmick as a major part (although I think they did it really well in the former two and OK in the latter two) Gokaiger mecha were almost completely separate from the collecting gimmick, so they don't need to include it with the mecha if they don't feel it's nessecary.

I'm pretty sure Go-Busters tanked because it was just boring to watch. The main cast was uninteresting. THe commander and his crew served no purpose to the show at all. And the Buddyroids make Snarf look like a god send.

Bite your tongue , sir. The Buddyroids & Snarf will always have a place in my heart.

Be careful with the antanaes on his forehead, and his leg articulation is slightly hampered a bit due to hip joints. Well it happened to mine though.
Still needing to super glue the antanae piece that broke off from the right side of my figure's head. But I'm clumsy at times. T-T

I'm still trying to find the dutch equivelant for shock oil, since I'm not too certain on what's to offer for my Ryu Ranger's tight left arm joint. :/

I just bought Cheeda Nick from Mandarake as an order filler with my Gosei Headders. He was only 2000 Yen, so I thought what the heck.
And here I was thinking I could avoid the Buddyroids. Time to start looking for a cheap Gorisaki...

Anyways, to those who have him, what's he like? I really was unimpressed with Red Buster, but I still plan on getting Yellow and Blue when I see them for a decent price as Go-Busters are the only Sentai Figuarts I don't have, but is Cheeda Nick the same mold. Something about the Red Buster mold's articulation bothered me.

So does anyone know what those Kamen Rider stands BF was giving away at NYCC were? No one seems to have mentioned them since.

He is not the same mold, the articulation scheme isn't as hindered by the sculpt as the Buster molds. Sadly it needs a few more hand options.

The Riders on Stage promotional stands. Bluefin got them with all the Heisei Rider reissues and didn't really have a plan for how to distribute them. This was one of their methods.

So they are the ones that Mandarake has been selling?

I finally opened and have been messing with RyuRanger and Hurricane Red, which I got back when Abyss came out.

RyuRanger has a very loose right hip, which saddens me, and makes me not like him. He's got a lot of neat accessories, but I can't have him posed too expressively or he falls down. :(

Hurricane Red is really cool. I kinda wish he had more weapons, but the ones he has are pretty neat. I still wish these had die-cast feet, like the Ryuki figures, but he's solid nonetheless.

I'm going to have to set up my Sentai shelf one of these days, I think I'm going to be surprised at how many I have, considering the only Sentai I've seen all the way through is Akibarangers season 1.
