I wanna thank Sentai Tamashii for being an enabler and not helping me stay away from this thing! I got my robo itashar today and hot damn this thing impressive. The transformation for the legs is the only negative i could give this thing. Now i just have to wait for my akibarangers to get here later this week but overall im very happy with the purchase and i only paid $169 shipped for it from Mandarake! :D

Itassha Robo is how Bandai/Toei should design future sentai mecha, with the idea that it can be turned into toy form and scale to the Figuarts.
Who wouldn't kill for SoC x Figuarts versions of existing mecha? But those designs were already blocky bricks on screen . . . |

That'd be putting Generations Fortress Maximus to shame in size... |

But hell te shipping fo that thing would e the price of an original DaiZyuJin itself.... SHIPPING! Thats just for SAL... |
I'm not sure I'd shell out for a Figuarts scale sentai robot, but I would darn sure have shelled out $500-$600 or so if they'd have released that SHF scale Revolgarry.

I need a knight looking Rider figurart for s top motion project for school. Who should I go with?
|
|
For a cheaper alternative, Kamen Rider Knight Survive :p
|
Blade looks knight-ish to me, as well.
Knight Survive is a great suggestion. |

I can picture it now. Banker: "And what do you need the loan for?" You: "To, um...buy a Dragon." Banker: ???? |
I would love knight but hes so damn expensive.
Im stuck between Knight survive Odin with contract beast White MMPR ranger. thoughts? |
If this is still for your knight-like figure for a school project, I would say Knight Survive, personally. If you're asking about a toy to get for yourself, I'd say Odin is a little better than Knight Survive, because it has the contract beast with it.
|
EDIT:Got odin for 35 shipped.
Woot! |
Congrats! Odin is great. Well, ALL the Ryuki Figuarts are great, but having a Contract Monster bumps him up a little higher than those that don't.

I saw on rangerboard that the official release date for kyoryu pin & black is April.
I'm happy to see that after blue and green roll out that it won't be too long of a wait to finish the main team. I'm also on the lookout for the Fourze effect tamashii exclusive set that mostly had fire and elek states stuff. I thought they would look sweet with Utchy doing a Zandar thunder strike to the ground and Ian shooting the fire from the gaburevolver. |

I hope you're able to get Genocider for a good price, it's a very nice set of monsters. The worst part is though, KR Gai is EXPENSIVE. When I saw him on Mandarake last week, he was MORE expensive than Genocider. :(
I should be getting Scissor soon, and I'm really looking forward to him. |
I love the Ryuki Figuarts. I have Ryuki and Zolda and they're some of the best action figures I've ever experienced, and want Magnugiga. Not sure if I want anyone else.
|
One day I'll be able to afford Genocider.

Stupid question from Thessair time!
I've finally managed to snag a Sword Form Den-O, so I was looking towards my next Den-O figure. There are two versions of the Climax form, correct? (The exclusive one has the Sieg piece, doesn't it?) I'm not entirely sure I'm going to grab both of those, so I was wondering what people thought might be the better piece overall. I'm not sure if there are any QC differences, or other issues, between the two. Anyone have an opinion on which would be the better choice? |

If you're wanting an awesome display piece, go with super. If you want more dynamics, do regular Climax. |

Pretty sure it's in a movie as well, though I could be wrong. I mostly just remember it for this hilarity.
