I'd say rare yes. Outside of the intro bits every episode, it seems that about 98% of every given episode is filled with angst or war drama. The only exceptions really being the first few episodes, but that very quickly goes away. It's another reason why the character building of Grease and the Crows sticks out to me so much; It was a surprisingly light moment in a show filled with drama and existential dread.

I suppose that's also why Blood Stalk/Evolto stands out so much in comparison to everyone else, really.

That makes sense. If nothing else, I am glad that Magma's' main weapon is a knuckle. It was so odd to me that Base Cross-Z gave a sword to the guy who's supposed to be a pro boxer.

I believe there was some kind of rumour that one of Build's best matches was a music-based form and that the Beat Crosser was to be that form's weapon. I forget if it's one of those things we had actual leaks and credence for or if it's just speculation, but it makes sense when nothing about the Beat Crosser lines up with Cross-Z at all.

Rumor or no, that actually makes alot of sense. Would also explain why the Lock Fullbottle kinda just doesn't factor into anything at all despite being the form's' Best Match(unless you count that one time he summoned chains, I guess?).

Yeah, I really do have to agree with this and I say this as somebody that really liked Kintaros' and Ryuutaros' introductions to the series. Thankfully, the show did start picking things up for me from the Wolf Imagin two-parter onwards. I'm currently up to episode 24 and I'm already very close to the show's halfway point.

As said before regarding the Hazard Levels, yeah, sometimes there are characters who spent most of their times not being themselves in audience's eyes (which some people, not you or in KR fanbase, can deny due to making the characters "less complex" in their eyes, still headcanon though), though this also can be their existing negative traits being amplified so much that they became much more malicious and different, which is many of the war criminals being under Hazard Level influence like Hokuto PM. Though I do agree that Gentoku turning ultra-goofy part is a 180 change and not really into that either, they can turn him good without being "OOC" like that, goofy isn't inherent part of being good. Maybe to keep including him in the comedy, they can have him play comically serious role.

And I'm hoping that I can find more "encyclopedic" info regarding Rider serieses that surpassed the wikis. But so far I only found akinoame's Ryuki and OOO analysis, and I guess also Fish's Kuuga rewatch. I found a Build one almost, but it stopped at middle part at ep. 22.

I'd agree that Build's humorous character interactions between the main cast are quite light-hearted, and theirs can be considered resilience. But as in like said before, humor isn't inherently light-hearted, or being a part love and peace. Like there's also black comedy or comedic sociopathy, when any toxic and crude behaviors are considered funny, as long as it's happening to someone else (and partly because you aren't affected; not putting themselves in their shoes), and those actions being justified because of being hilarious without any regards to the victims where it don't matter as much as the comedic or entertainment value in those behaviours. As Mel Brooks put it: "Tragedy is when I cut my finger. Comedy is when you fall into an open sewer and die".

But even more there's also lies the deceptive power of humor, the troublesome nature of the joke content; If someone confronts a joke-teller, or speaking out against even mild forms of inappropriate behavior, there's a risk of being shamed for being over-sensitive and refusing to play along (phrases like "can't you take a joke", "you must be fun at parties"), the pressure to play along to avoiding social exclusion or ridicule as humor is also a form of social dominance. And this can send false feedback that any of those people, they can shamelessly get away from what they did due to normalizing those acts.

I just finished watching Movie Wars Mega Max movie and I practically loved every single minute of the film and I can easily see why this is one of the best, if not the best, Kamen Rider crossover movies that has ever been made. Plus, I now know what Kamen Rider season/series I’m planning to watch next after finishing up on Den-O and it’s Fourze since I’ve already seen W and OOO and I've been meaning to watch this series at some point anyway.

Kamen Rider Saber - Trio of Deep Sin!

I may have forgotten this existed, but finaly got round to it. Pretty good, all things considered. Given the chance to breathe, it's very melancholic, with all 3 of the main cast given a chance to shine (less Rintaro though, his portion feels the most rushed). Do I understand what happened at the end? Ehhhhhhh about 40%. But I get the emotional point of it - Touma really did connect with that kid as his protector and dad and prove he does care about the "little people".

Also icey Falchion looks cool.

So I just finished Kamen Rider V3 it was pretty good. Feels like a more focused version of the OG and those last 10 episodes with Riderman was the shot in the arm needed what fantastic follow up.
