Not really, they aren't super common, but they aren't rare. Your chances are about as good as shaking grass/bubbling water in Black and White.

Pokémon Bank has been pulled from the Japanese eShop, is no longer accessible to those that downloaded it, and has been postponed without a known date for all other markets!

They totally weren't ready for this... (It wasn't helping the massive Christmas traffic and was really helping the eShop crash that happened.)

Yeah now that the Box 1 stuff has been cleared up... also SUUUUPER pissed about that. I'm transferring a goddamn Living Pokedex. That's going to take FOREVER now. Also B/W/B2/W2 baaarely had room to fit one of those, so I'm having to really shuffle crap around. Good thing I made a list the other day of all 284 (at least) I'll be transferring...

So I started checking out the stats of some Wonder Traded Pokémon I've been hanging on to, just to see if they'd be worth training eventually. I have a Gastly with 0 Speed and 0 Special Attack IVs. It's quite possibly the most worthless Gastly ever and I'm actually impressed.

Which is odd considering what a cash cow it is.:p

Yeah, the moment i got it was pretty funny, i was in a waiting room while my mom was paying our internet provider, and when i pulled it from the egg i was like. "OH MY ARCEUS!!!" and got very awkward looks from the people sitting near us.

Wanna Noibat? Those things are pretty good Pokemon but you only get near the end of the game and they're rare, i got a bunch of babies to trade.
