Mandarake's DHL has been surprisingly cheap the last year. Just earlier this month I made a fairly big order with a PB set (one that should be about the same size as the Kuuga one), an entire wave of Shodo-O, and a few single SO-DOs. Shipping was somehow 1,770 yen. And that's the highest it has been in a long time.

Unfortunately, that ended up not being the case. Got the Kuuga set, a loose Gashat, and the new SIC Kuuga. Shipping was about 6000 yen. Apparently I messed up my math in calculating box sizes, and SIC packages are bigger than I realized. Oh well, it's not worth trying to cancel the order, I'd rather not take the risk of pissing off Mandarake unless I absolutely cannot afford to pay. Just gotta double check my math next time

This week, in "Oh god I've been to busy to keep up with Kamen Rider these past few weeks so I might mess up the names" reveals, we have:

Kamen Rider ZAIA! He comes with a ThousandJacker.

And Kamen Rider MBJR! He uses stickers for his chestplate! And he comes with a complete unique Attache Arrow, one with a drawn bow and Progrise Key inserted, because they hadn't done that exact combination yet.

Both coming in Book 7, and that's it for today! The blog has some info on the exact detailing and molding of these two compared to what the suits have been modified from (I think, my brain is not in the right gear to interpret GT right now), but no massive surprises.

They're just driving ahead with the reveals for Wave 7, because they're promising more news on it next week AND just revealed two more figures for it tonight -- ZAIA and MBJR! They have the Thousanjacker and Attache Arrow respectively, with the latter actually being in a new fourth configuration for SO-DO: the arrow drawn plus a progrise key inserted. ZAIA, it turns out, isn't a straight recolour because he features new leg and arm parts! Huh!

So, yeah; 4/6 of this wave revealed already. Make your bests on who we'll see next week!

Saber TV-Kun should be, well, a TV-Kun exclusive as usual; and I'm absolutely expecting Falchion and Emotional to be the last two figures in Wave 7 before we get Sabela, Durandal and a Gatriker in Wave 8 alongside whatever new forms happen by then. Going by ZAIA and MBJR here, I don't think we'll see the new Vulcan and Valkyrie forms until their movie actually debuts; and finally, I could totally see Dragon Arthur being part of some sort of accessory pack given how it works; similar to Jin's wings.

If that does end up being the case with Dragon Arthur I thankfully have a spare body from the first wave.

So, being completely honest?

Next week we're promised more news on Wave 7.

But next week is also the 50th anniversary.

I could see them doing a SO-DO CHRONICLE line of Showa figures, or something else to commemorate it. I can't see this going by without them doing something a little special, or at the very least a new CHRONICLE line unveiling.

Did someone say Wave Seven?

Also, the stickers on MBJR are going to be a complete pain in the butt, not only those he have all of the wrap-around parts of the other riders, he also has huge stickers on his chest and his shins.
