Just seeing people in different places saying the Japanese players tried and their hacked Pokémon were getting through. So things like a shiny Chimchar with its Dream World ability (which isn't available period) were allowed through.

I'd be more curious if a genuinely impossible thing (give Chimchar an ability it can't have, for example) would make it... Because while not possible to possess, it's still a viable Pokémon within the game's logic. So that could be it.
