Technically, like kiriya/kiriha isn't hibiki. Another agito isn't agito replacement. It's exploiting the seed in human and the lore of agito. Still doesnt make sense why Heisei main riders are important. We tried the whole mcu/prss thing, but the concept and myth/lore of zio/another rider In stealing and creating another rider concept along with all time traveling tributes just doesn't make a lot of sense. It's better they do decade dimension hopping as well instead of forcing every rider live in same continuity. We can ignored all bad taisen movies.

Yes it is. Heure pulls the Another Agito Ridewatch from one of them - ergo, the Another Agito we see in Zi-O is an Another Rider.

It's even labelled like all the other Another Riders, and is explicitly called "Another Agito" with nary a mention to the original user of the name, like they want us to ignore it. I'm not sure where you're getting all this wrong info from.

And the Heisei Main Riders are the important ones because, in lore, those are the guys whose powers Oma Zi-O stole, and then took over the world with. We've seen Ridewatches for some secondaries, but because they don't lead to the apocalypse timeline, we don't worry about them. Plus, who in the audience would want, say, a Kamen Rider Jun arc?

Another Decade had better be Narutaki, though. Please Toei.
