Who else missed the first wave of Kabuto 2.0 at AmiAmi because of DST?

I assumed it was going up at midnight PST like usual so I missed out on it initially.

Got Kabuto off Hobbysearch. Pity about the 400 yen price difference but I'm constantly missing AmiAmi windows now because of my work hours.

As of 2:15 AM PST, Kabuto's back up on AmiAmi.

Also I'd say the chance of any more December figures is next to nothing. Pre orders go up about 3 months before release, today was March's figures for example.

Edit: Oh what the fuck... Hobbysearch will only fucking allow you to have one registered address and changing it will change all orders. I need a different address for something I already have preordered and for Kabuto. This is stupid. >_<

Edit edit: Checklist linked is now most recent I could find. Doesn't have Kabuto renewal on there yet though. Also apparently it was getting so big they started splitting it into two files yayyy. Just gonna keep splicing them together myself.

Whoa. I popped over to Nippon-Yasan to check the dates on my pending pre-orders there when I saw they have the Effect Impact parts up for preorder at around $15 each. That's less than I thought they'd be.

I've got a bit of extra money coming in next week because I have to work Thanksgiving night at midnight (it's a grocery store and we're closed so no Black Friday craziness) due to holiday pay and now I'm being tempted by the S.H. Figuarts Akibaranger Itassha Robo since I see it going for reasonable prices on Mandarake.

I have watched the reviews on how the robot mode is pretty hefty and kind of difficult to move, but the car mode looks really nice.

The car is amazing. The robot is frustrating and difficult to get it transformed into. But the end result is very satisfying.

Would you say it's something you want to transform back and forth often, or just kind of a one time thing?

That's how I felt with a number of Transformers live action movie toys. Leader class Optimus Prime from Revenge of the Fallen...ugh. Cool toy, but it took me over an hour to transform that guy. Never transformed him again.

Well Sentai Tamashii and I both own it. He's been able to successfully transform it more than once. But honestly I was so terrified of breaking mine when I went to robot mode the first time that I've never gone back to car mode. But then I leave it on full display with my S1 Akibarangers in it too.

I love my Itasha Robo. Then again, I've not had the guts to try to transform him yet. If they drop under a hundred though, I'd like to grab a second one so that when I do transform him I only have to do it once. I can also still display the gorgeous car mode.

I'd like to grab a cheap second one because Cho Akiba Red Super comes with a sticker to convert it to Itasha Boy.

Oh man, everytime I see pictures of the Itasha Robo it makes me want it. It's So tempting when ever I see one for like 15000 yen or less on but I can't imagine What the shipping will be for him. Also my lack of space to display him is a problem. Haha

I had a thought of scanning that and getting one of those removable vinyl window clings made of the image so I didn't have to permanently deface the poor fellow. I started cooking the image up in Photoshop, but didn't bother continuing when I saw one came with the new fig.

You know what? I ****ing HATE Ontrac!!!!! My PteraRanger and Sailor Mercury (along with Assault on Precinct 13 for BD) were supposed to arrive today but Ontrac decided not to even bother with my apartment's main office as they usually do and just left. -_-

Seems like the Blue Spader is quite popular in Japan, would have expected at least one to pop up on Mandarake by now even though it's only been like 6 days since it was released.

Hopefully we get announcements for when Tricera Ranger and Tiger Ranger (aka MMPR Blue and Yellow Rangers) are to come out soon. Seeing pics of the current releases together just makes me more pumped to complete them.

Hey do you guys think it would be better to get the Gokai girls now or wait for the eventual American release and risk them only being in a 250$ boxset like the Samurai Rangers?

Well, I jumped on them now because who knows when the U.S. Super Megaforce versions will come out.

Also, who knows if their Darins will come with the U.S. versions. You can still usually get Gokai Red, Blue, and Green with theirs pretty easy, and Yellow and Pink include theirs.

Got my Pink Ranger in from Amazon yesterday and the box was damaged. I wonder if this happened to most of their supply, it was packed with another item in a box and not in a bubble mailer, so it couldn't have been damaged in transit.

Anyone hope that S.H Figuarts Kamen Rider 2 (Shin Nigo) and Amazon will get a re-release? I want a complete Showa line up, but those two are so much now these days.

I am on the same boat. I was going to get Amazon when it was just over $20, then the price suddenly spikes up to $60 so now I am hoping for Renewal version to come out.
