I doubt it, now. I think RDJ signed up for 6 movies, and 3 Iron Mans, 2 Avengers, and one Incredible Hulk later, I think he's done with Marvel...
Besides, while there are 9 other Crimson Dynamos to use beyond Anton, the climax putting Whiplash into a Crimson Dynamo-esque suit kinda kills any other chances for him to appear...
