I only know who he is due to Xenoverse, but I don't know anything about him.

Jaco the Galactic Patrolman was a manga written by Akira Toriyama that came out last year. Obviously his presence in Fukkatsu no F spoils what was already the worst-kept secret about the series when it was being serialized, that it was part of the DB universe.

Its just a single volume long and the English edition came out about a month ago, so you can read it if you're interested. Its much more humor focused than action, but you can see a slight bit more storytelling maturity from Toriyama. Just ignore the bonus chapter at the end, its not very good.

I take bonus chapter over tv special any day. Due the fact it proves goku was technically three years old when landing on earth, and any old guy or person should still them baby. It just means now the anime and manga become there own thing.

Not a full on repaint though. Everyone I've seen forget that he purple thing on his shoulders this form he looses them completely.

Because it's totally unimportant, it adds nothing to the form at all. He loses his shoulder pads and the shape of the head dome and the purple part of the chest get more rectangular, so what? Still obviously the same form with different colors.

It baffles me just how lame this is, there’s not even new detailing somewhere on his body like linings or marks and stuff, it's exactly the same as before, just with different colors and stuff like no shoulder pads.

And even if it's a god form which like SSJ God looks more like the standard, why do god forms need to look so lame anyways?

Agreed after watch battle of gods again recently God dud not look so great.

I thought it was more along the lines of "Next time we do this, I get to be the one who goes god." Making it sound as if, should they have to hold hands in a circle again, it's Vegeta who gets the power.
