Breath of the Wild looks pretty. And totally said it looked "alive" with the wildlife and big world right before Reggie did. :lol

Only other thing we'll be seeing from Nintendo today is a bit of Sun & Moon gameplay, which is happening now. Nothing new there yet.

I'll bet we see gameplay of the new Pokémon announced through CoroCoro and a new trailer with new Mega Evolutions.

As far as Zelda goes, it's pretty and looks promising, but I don’t know if I want to purchase an NX yet and I don’t think it will look anything close to this one the WiiU.

Yeah I guess you’re right. Oh well, maybe the gameplay is fresh enough to forget about Kratos. Or they make Kratos an interesting character for the first time.

This is the direction action games are heading. I personally think it looks pretty awesome, and I haven't been interested in GoW for YEARS. And why would they need to make a new character? Do you really want to see angry Kratos from the past 4 games AGAIN? Change isn't a bad thing, especially when you have 4 games that are all the exact same thing.

They're not remakes, they're the old games with slightly better graphics.

No reason to buy them then, I still have the originals.

And of course, because people like me don’t care about HD ports (with or without new assets), developers will assume no one wants new Crash Bandicoot games.

I don’t understand what you mean; Kratos being in this game is the only thing I don't like about it now that I understand what it's going for.

I wish they would just re-issue the originals without the bullshit remasters. Just keep the games how they are meant to be. I hate that video games can't replay on older systems or be re-release similar like how movies are. Classic movies are always put on Netflix or get re-release in theaters for one day. I wish video games had a Netflix type of system where people can play older games via streaming. I know emulators exist, but they are not legit systems.

That is an attitude I never understood. No one is taking the old games away. Just because they re-release them on newer consoles with some better graphics doesnt mean you are forbidden to enjoy the originals.

And not everyone is a hardcore gamer that they are willing to overlook the outdated graphics to enjoy the gameplay. Especially older 3D games that look awful today. 2D is a style that aged great but playstation? Terrible. So if a game from that era I never played comes out with graphics that look a lot better I am all for it.
