Maybe in the movie it will. This figure could be painted even more poorly than we think.

I agree completely and I wish I could show you the combiner figures because one it has so much more color and 2 at least feels like a megazord when you look at it. Again I want to see what it will look like in the movie off to hound Power Ranger movie twitter for a trailer.

I'm actually afraid they'll pull an Age of Extinction and actually remove most of the color in the final version of the film.

I hope not and if you don't mind me asking could you elaborate on the AOE example please because outside of the dinobots and rusted prime that move was purty colorful with the transformers at least i remember it being that way been a while sense i popped in the movie

The Dinobot toys all have vibrant colors. In the movie, they're silver, gunmetal grey, and black.

Yeah I figured that was what you meant. I think that might of been hasbro's call because i believe the designs are finalised before the toys reach production and honestly straight up grey robots kinda falls short as a toy excluding megs of course.

Actually it's the exact opposite. The toys need to be put into production long before the movie is finished. Hence why a lot of the TF movie toys are based off older concept drawings, or suffer from being designed/altered late into production.
