Here in Australia, Dino Charge episodes 1 to 9 have popped up on Netflix. I've been told the US doesn't have it yet, but it doesn't seem like it'll be too far off. Yay!

I don't know where 20 is, but 21 was the Halloween special. They made it appear between 14 and 15 to be close to Halloween. I guess 20 will be after the Christmas special then.

Apparently this is Heckyl's armored form, referred to as Snide. It seems like he has no relation to Zeltrax, but we'll see. Sorry you can't read it, but it says:
Snide is a monster in every sense of the word. He's big, brutish, and prone to angry outbursts and rampages. He has pure strength and willingness to destroy absolutely anything in his path. He prefers a more direct approach to getting the Energems, and attacks the Rangers any chance he gets.

Well, we finally have a character bio for the Aqua Ranger!


The Aqua Ranger bonded to the Aqua Energem during an expedition years ago. Since then, he has dedicated himself to finding the remaining Energems and fighting the villain Fury unaware there are other Power Rangers who have discovered Energems at their own.

So, it's a male? Apparently, or so I've read, there is a background woman in some of the episodes clothed in similarly colored articles, as if to suggest that its the female identity of the Aqua Ranger. Here, this suggests that it will follow the male identity. This begs to question: Why hold the Aqua Ranger debut so late?

It's going to be male because all of the Sentai footage of the Cyan ranger is male. Except for the movie footage.

Also, the figure is bulky an muscular. I think I might know who the Aqua Ranger is. I think it's Tyler's dad since it mentions that he's an explorer. It also says he is dedicated to fighting Fury. Tyler's dad disappeared after an encounter with Fury and maybe he's just been training and looking for Energems after his encounter. It also says he is unaware there are other Rangers, so he could be in some deserted area after his encounter where there is no means of communication.

As much as I like your theory. I believe that Tyler's father is going to be Silver, like King's father was Silver in Kyoryuger.

So, was Carter just meant to voice Snide's first, most recent sentence? Was the news that Carter was going to voice inaccurate from the word "Go"?

I assumed he'd be both Heckyl and Snide because it was his resume listed, however this is not the case. We don't know the reason why both Heckyl and Snide was originally listed.

Maybe he had provided the voice and was replaced. Maybe because he played one half of the character whoever added it, put both characters (because, technically, it is two halves of one person). Resumes are changed for a number of reasons, whether they were inaccurate (which is possible as many resumes still list Power Rangers as being part of Disney) or it was a post-production change, is hard to tell.

I don't think he voiced the "Now it's my turn." I think Campbell did.

Who is this "Hookbeard/Doomwing"? zAIHOUDON by any chance?

Many think Dooming is Mad Torin while Zenowing is normal Torin. Hookbeard, EvilSpaceWhale thinks is this guy.

Unless they intentionally left some sounds out of the first one, I doubt this one will have any additional sounds. New sounds would certainly help sell it, but I wouldn't be surprised if they came up with a single sound board for both back when they designed the sculpt.
Good news. Though I'm already wondering how many episodes they'll air before they take their first break.
