This image further makes me question why they changed Sport Genm design from the original toy scans as well as further puts it down my list of worst rider designs. On one side you have a form with attachments that flow relatively well as armor, colors that compliment the base design, and a head piece that looks like a natural extension of Ex Aid's head. On the other side you have a form that looks very cumbersome, colors that clash horribly, and a head piece that looks like they just stuck it on there.

Yeah, I gotta agree with Byg42, the original Shakariki Genm design with the gold goggles and purple chest-plate looked way better.

As someone who LIKES ShakaGenm how it is, this is WAAAAAAY too good looking. Ex-Aid still looks different from the concept art though, no towers on top of his shoulders and a bit more gold

That is true but they are not nearly as drastic Sports Genm was. Actually on that note, this is the most drastic I've ever seen the live suit change from the toy catalog. This makes me both interested and worried for the rest of the LV03 suits

I like to see it as Genm's way of saying "Hahah! I have what should be yours aesthetically! Bite my shiny metal ass and sucks to be you!" being the villain that he is.

I don't think we need to worry that much. Sports' colors didn't actually change as much as it seems - the original scans were severely miscolored. I wasn't really surprised at all when we saw images of the real suit and bike.
I'm also guessing that the helmet changed because the original was too similar to Ex-Aid's LV3 helmet. I remember thinking it looked really similar when those scans first came out.

On the preview of Episode 5, We see a man who is holding a Bugvisor or something and that man is played by Shoma Machii who also voice GRAPHITE!

Basically Kamen Rider Genm's identity is none other than Graphite

I still like the idea that GENM might be an AI and IS the Bugvisor. Like, it possesses whoever wields the device, sort of. So yeah, Graphite is GENM now, but is GENM really Graphite?...

Probably. But I can only hope for something more interesting at least.

This is the second time I've seen someone say that that shot of the guy with the Bugvisor proves he's GENM. All because of that dang heroshock article.

All that picture proves is Graphite has the Bugvisor, which...is literally nothing. If it was Graphite with a Driver or PMAX, then sure, we can say Graphite being GENM is confirmed. But all this tells us is Graphite, the owner of the Bugvisor...has the Bugvisor in the next episode. Shocking.

Granted, I of course still think GENM is Graphite, and the preview promised we'd find out GENM's identity in the next episode (technically it said "the Black Ex-Aid's identity" so I could even see them "reveal" that his name is GENM and pass that off as the twist). But that preview proves literally nothing.

In any case, if they do reveal it is Graphite, we'll probably find out in the next TV-kun first since that should be out any day now.

I am. Because he's Graphite. Graphite owns the Bugvisor, and he's been seen holding the Bugvisor since episode 1. Just because this is the first time we're seeing him in his human form doesn't mean he's GENM. It might mean he is, but right now it doesn't actually confirm anything.

I actually complete forgot that the colors in the toy scans were oversaturated. Still doesn't mean I like the color scheme but that means the only thing they change was the head piece. You know now that I'm thinking about it, why were the toy scans so saturated? Something like that has never happened before has it?

Yeah, actually. Initial scans had Duke appear to have a lilac under-suit, as opposed to blue, and Sigurd appeared much, much greener than he turned out to be.

If Dan is telling the truth (and let's be real here, he probably isn't) the Prot Mighty Action X Gashat was stolen, which is what a lot of us have probably been guessing was the case. Also, lots of hinting at the next episode what with all the talk of the next Gashat being close to completion.

Anyway, this makes me wonder one very, very important thing: so is that thing where Hiiro fails to flick the Driver's lever open intentional? I thought it was just a goof when it happened in episode 3, but the fact that they repeated it here makes me think otherwise. On the other hand, he opened it normally in episodes 2 and 4. Maybe that's the joke? When he just pulls it open with his right hand he just Levels up without issue, but when he tries to be a cool guy and flick it open with his left he fails miserably. It's funny enough if that's the case, but the fact that they don't call any attention to it and that it's not consistent kinda muddles it.

I just hope we get to see more of that side of him in later episodes!

Apparently the Gashacon Bugvisor transforms people into Bugster form which is something we'll see with Graphite next episode. My guess is that Bugsters use Proto gashats to transform. So this guy will use Proto gekitotsu robots and Graphite will use the Proto Drago knight Hunter z.

I am also hope Level 3 Gashats and Level 4-5 Gashat (Drago Knight Hunter Z) has Rider suit when used in Level 1-2 slot because each Level 3 Gashats and Level 4-5 Gashat has Level 1 transformation sounds and Level 2 transformation sounds. Probably will be like this in my imagination:

Daaamn. And I was so sure it was Graphite! Misdirection after misdirection with this show. I'd long since stopped considering Dan as a candidate because I thought it was too obvious. But what's his deal??? Presumably he's the one that gives out the other Gashats to the Riders, and we see him, still being the president, in Heisei Generations. Something weird is going on.

Level 3's look...good? Good. We don't really get a good look at Beat Quest or Chambara Bike. The sparkly helmet glass on Brave is a little weird. Lazer I want to get a better look at but he doesn't look bad. Snipe looks decent.

They'll probably look better in show. Sports Action did, and the pictures we have of Robot Action also look better than in these scans.

Ex-Aid Damashii looks good. But why is Takeru using Tenkatoitsu Damashii too? Give Makoto something.

Also looks like there's more Bugsters from Prot Gashats than just Robol.

Lazer 3 looks a bit too bulky imo

Well, I wasn't expecting that with Genmu... I mean that was one of the possibilities but I never thought that at first.

So the identity of the shady, mysterious Genm turns out to be the shady, mysterious head of the Genm Corporation? Truly an unsolvable mystery! I mean, I joke, but props to the show for hinting otherwise ("I should go say hi" -> Genm shows up, Graphite has a Bugvisor). It always seemed pretty obvious that it was him to me though, simply because it made the most sense. There's no point in keeping the identity of a bad guy a secret if their identity is just a bad guy who already has the same goals anyway. Also the name. This is why I wish those VO shorts were just scenes in the actual episodes though. Most of Dan's characterization has somehow come from those instead of the show.

Oh, and the Level 3 stuff looks cool, I guess. Kind of screams "this is a toy!" more than usual, but for the show Ex-Aid is it fits.

I am actually more prefer if Tenkatoitsu Damashii used by Makoto because Tenkatoitsu Ghost Eyecon has "batchirimiro" sounds in toyline...

Also, it would be very cool if Takeru using Nightingale Damashii in Ex-Aid vs Ghost Movie war because Nightingale has great contribution in nursing and medical so thats really fit in Ex-Aid story theme.

Okay....... Most of Level 3 forms are quite decent but good. Am I the only one who love Ex-Aid Robots Action Gamer much better than the other forms? I mean I have read that most people was quite antipathy to this form. Really, I LOVE how the color blending of red and pink mixed in this form. It gives some bulk to the too slimmy Ex-Aid's suits but not giving up some mobility and agility for the suit actors. It gives a cool shoulder pads and face protector too. The only thing hinders me is the only bulky arm, but it's still not too big to make it so unnatural. Basically, this is my Ex-Aid's favorite form.

While Brave and Snipe's Level 3 forms are quite mediocre lower. I still kinda like Brave Beat Quest Gamer but the color doesn't mix as well as Ex-Aid's one. I love the addition of purplish visor in his helmet but that's the only thing I like from Brave's new form. The big speaker or jukebox in the shoulder was quite overwhelming to see. For Snipe, well, this is the least favorable form of Level 3. You know, this is how Toei could make a very toyetic form like that! The color also doesn't mix well either, but I hope the action is going to be much better.

For Lazer Chanbara Bike Gamer, oh boy, it could be on par or even surpass Ex-Aid's Level 3 form. It's goldy, shiny, jet-black and horny!! You could say it's the best Level 3 out of the 4. Not only that, the weapon looks pretty neat too but the main reason why Chanbara Bike Gamer could be so refreshin might because we only see Lazer's bulky chibi and bike form. So, seeing him in his own humanoid form was quite refreshing too. The only disappointing is about how bulky the suit is. It looks good but it's super bulky as well. I hope they could update or recreate the suit back since making a very bulky costume might scare the suit actor who will play as Lazer's Level 3 costume. After all, it's Lazer's humanoid form so we are going to see the form more often than the Level 2 one of Lazer.

On a side note, despite everyone said Tenkatoitsu should be used by Specter, I think it would fit much nicer with Ghost though. Since the shiny silver and gold parts fit much better for Ghost than Specter who has some blue lines that could distract the colors. Personally, I really hope they could make Shinsegumi Eyecon as a suit since the color is light blue and it will definitely fit with Specter's color. Also, it's nice to see Ghost uses Halberd Mode of GanGun Saber since you could count it's appearance with single hand in the series before Mugen debuts. Lastly, Genm's identity........ :0

-Dan's company probably made a bunch of them along with the Proto-Gashats and gave one to Graphite.

How could Genm have the Shakariki Sports Gashat despite Dan saying there were only four Gashats completed?
-Dan probably had his company finish developing it, and didn't tell the CR about it's existence.

At first I was disappointed, but this makes LOADS of sense
