So I recently got a $30 Amazon gift card and am considering using it towards buying a Figuarts, but I'm not sure which one to go for. I'm considering:
Ixa
Fourze Base States
Faiz
Kaixa
KickHopper

I'm currently leaning towards Ixa, any suggestions if I should go with one of the others?

While I don't have Ixa it certainly is an awesome looking figure. It'd be an even better choice if it's the original version that came with the tamashii stage. Otherwise Base States Fourze is pretty damn awesome himself.

Fourze base states isn't a bad figure, certainly better then OOOs was, and the limb swap gimmick is rather fun. But IXA, being an older Figuart will have the better over all quality I think. You can't go wrong with Fourze, but you'll have plenty of chances to get Fourze in the future, so if you can only get one, get IXA.

Does anyone have Gosei Knight yet? Just looking to see if there's any problems. His Leon Cellular accessory I see being one, that small hinge and all. But anything else?

Of those, I would say Ixa as well. Though Rising Ixa is better than regular, Ixa himself is still awesome.

Actually I got my Gosei Knight in Saturday. :( I got a really low quality one. Right out of the package the right shoulder was attached upside down. Easy enough to fix. However there is no fixing the god awful paint apps on the legs and arms. The paint lines are rough, nothing is crisp, tons of bleedover, scuffs and scratches on the black all up and down the legs. And that all applies to the front and back of the legs. Not to mention the huge scuff across the lions face on the chest. Oh and the loose as shit ankle guards that scraped the paint off the ankles during shipping. Its a pretty substandard release and I hope im just unlucky. I know Sentai Tamashii got one that was pretty poor quality as well but im hoping it isn't a widespread issue.

Well, another $80 sent across the intertubes, Green is on the way, and in a few days my Shinkenger team will be complete.
Oh wait, there's the Super Shinkengers.
And Juuzo.
Dammit.

And Hyper Shinken Red.
And possibly Gedou Shinken Red too.

I'm not yet far enough along in the show to even know what you're talking about.
but you can bet things will go on my want list once I see them. Just Juuzo's tease at the end of ep 7 was enough to put him on my list (but I had seen pics of him before on thought he was cool looking).

Edit: After a cursory handling of my GoseiKnight, he seems fine. A couple of minor paint scuffs, but nothing glaringly obvious macro mode in your face ruined. One of the knee cap guards popped out, but that's nothing new on a Figuart. Simple pop back in. The shoulders on mine were fine. Though looking at them, I'm expecting ham hands breakages ala early ShinkenRed reports due to the design limiting the articulation.

Got my Diend today :D first order from mandarake I've ever made and while I'm really happy with it, I wasn't expecting the figure to carry such a musty smell :lol

In my eyes Goseiger is perfect. It's like my kid, but I don't have to feed it or be responsible.

Man, did I just get stars aligned lucky or something? My GoseiKnight didn't have anything that bad paint wise. Maybe this is some karma reward for sticking up for Goseiger(granted I only stick up for it for GoseiKnight and Brajira...).

Now you just need Complete and the Blade Blade.

Karma? If that had anything to do with it then I should have gotten a free DX Gosei Ground to go with my Knight :lol I tell anyone who will listen just how much I like that show.

Blade Blade is definitely on my list, but Complete I could live without. Might pick him up if I ever see him for considerably less he goes for on eBay but we'll see.

I love it, but you were right. In the end the table and chairs aren't really worth the extra 2000 :lol I'm happy to have the DX version and I won't be downgrading to the normal release, but I think I would have been perfectly happy with it as well. Now to track down Deneb and Sieg!

Ugh. I've got to get Deneb, Ryutaros, Urataros and Kintaros. :(

But I do have their SIC versions! Except Sieg, of course.

Honestly I still need everyone else, I picked up Momo because he was cheaper than usual. Kin and Ryu are never less than 6000 and I was still trying to hold out maybe for those reissues they showed off at Tamashii nations with the animal costumes. But I guess those were just for show :(

Well, we can hope those will still be released someday. I hope they get around to the other Den-O forms soon, kinda sad none have been announced past Sword form yet. I mean, I like the SH versions, but Climax Den-O is pretty clearly a much better figure than any of the SH versions.

And since I do have all the others, I hope they release that SIC Sieg that was displayed at a past show.

Just watched Dosmrider's reveiw of Goseiknight and he's seemed alright. Maybe yours all had mistakes, because they knew of all the hate towards Goseiger. And decided to punish you for being filthy nonbelievers.

And I'm pretty sure that you and myself are each just as into Goseiger. I've defended that series since this site launched, so I don't think I deserve my bad Gosei Knight. Mine should be pristine :(

I just don't get why the entire set is clear

The figure was released on its own already, this is just a way to get a lot of extra switch effects. The clear figure is just a bonus. They did that for OOO's gimmick line too, for any parts that were reused from TaToBa.

He's using the stealth switch, that's why. :p

I will say this. The look of Fourze toys are making me want to watch the series. (Long as I can ignore his hair, the eyebrows, and whatever the camera switch is for. ... Seriously, a camera?)

Camera was used... maybe once? A lot of the switches have been one-shot uses.

As of episode 16, once. And it was to take an enhanced video of something.

I'm just catching up on Fourze now, so it's fresh in my memory! But honestly, I like that there are a lot of support switches with uses other than combat!

The extra switches are nice but I'm quite glad that for the most part they're one offs. Some of them are kinda preposterous to use often. Giant Foot, Magic Hand, Claw, Light, and a few others come to mind in that regard. But others like the States change switches or Rocket, Spike, Scissors, hell even Beat are useful and fun to see.

Steel a Jeeg, once you catch up to Fourze in Cosmic States your gonna see some awesome switch combos. Cosmic opens up a lot of possibilities for switch combos.
