I would love Valkyrie to get more forms but I won't be too surprised if she doesn't. 'Female third Rider' is a mash-up of two bad precedents, though the later less than the former.

Hoping she does, I find it difficult to predict what it'd be though. I know Rider series often kind of lose the theme once getting into proper upgrades, but Zero-One does it hard. Previous form but glowy? Previous form but more violent? Sure. And who even knows with those maybe-leaks.

What do you think of Horobi going into the Evol route? Thouser seems to be in Genm's route.

Highly unlikely. Horobi seems to be completely subservient to the Ark. If there is an Evolto, it'll likely be an avatar of the Ark itself, a la the Ganmeizers and the Great Eyezer.

I concur. Horobi is kinda contradictive character. He is fighting to free Humagears from being enslaved by human, yet he is enslaved by the Ark.

As for Thouser, I sense strong unethical businessman, Cronus-esque vibe from him. Maybe he was the true orchestrator of the Daybreak incident? Zaia had the largest factory in the industrial complex.

And regarding Ansatsu's story arc, I've been wondering, if data from Zetsumerise key can backed up infinitely, why don't they just hijack any random Humagears and equip them with the developed Dodo Zetsumerise key? Why should they use every one from the dance team Humagears?

Wasn't it rumoured that Horobi would be damaged and re-purposed by ZAIA as Thouser?

Horobi's suit is purple with golden eyes. Thouser suit is gold wih purple eyes. So...

I hope the rumor turn out to be false. I'm no fan of character changing their rider name.

Another thing is, in the previous episode, Gai says "I look forward to your battle with Thouser". Now it's possible that he was talking in the third person and is actually Thouser himself, but it could also imply that Thouser is a separate entity altogether.

If Horobi is dying/kidnapped by ZAIA next episode, then I'm more curious where this leaves Jin. Horobi is essentially the brains of the duo, so I don't see Jin surviving purely on his own for very long even with the Burning Falcon key.

If zaia control to arc then it controls horobi and perhaps all the human gears. Depends what the head writer wants. Ex aid business CEO or world domination enslaving humanity like golden driver

It's worth pointing out that Nachi Sakugai, the actor for Gai Amatsu, is voicing someone in the film, but they haven't revealed who.
At a guess, I'd say that it's Thouser, and that he'll cameo and get to speak, a la Beast.

Since ZAIA is trying to discredit and destroy Hiden Intelligence, I wouldn't be surprised if Gai's master plan involves convincing the public that HumaGears are a threat and then presenting himself as humanity's savior, using promises to protect people to justify taking control.

As for Thouser's different eyes, maybe that will change depending on who's wearing it? I'm just speculating, but perhaps the blue and silver is when Gai wears it, a more heroic look to keep up with his charade as the savior, while the sinister purple and black is when Horobi wears it after either being forced to serve Gai or stealing the suit for his own purposes (or first one and then the other).

Personally, I think it would be a great twist if the writers made it look like Gai was going to be the true villain and had him take over for a story arc or two, but then Horobi outsmarted Gai and reclaimed his place as the main villain.

I can hope Gai is Thouser entirely.

I think both your hypotheses are very plausible. I've been having similar hypothesis. Gai's hobby of playing chess by himself gave me this behind-the-curtain manipulator, "master of puppets" vibe. He prefers conflicts, as long as he can profit off them, directly or indirectly. This type of character resembles Dan Masamune/Cronus from Ex-Aid or old man Nanba from Build.

Since ZAIA is the company making weapons for A.I.M.S., he might go into the war profiteering business just like Nanba. Maybe it's just his corporate background and smug smarter-than-thou attitude, but I also get some Ryoma Sengoku vibes from him.

I believe Gai will find the dead Horobi, takes him back with him and places him in a stasis chamber to be restored in private.

Using the data left behind by Horobi's work, Gai will use it to complete Thouser so that he'll face Aruto & steal Hiden Intelligence to collaborate with ZAIA for himself.

Horobi will be restored by Gai under his service.

I still believe Gai is Thouser. Regardless of those purple/violet eyes, it's still him.

Wonder if the true antagonist will be the Ark itself as an Ultron-like Rider? Imagine him/her using the power of the Zetsumerise Keys to transform.

If the Ark does become a Rider, I'd expect it'd be a 'Great Eyeser'-type deal, and happen only at the very end, and without using a traditional Driver or trinkets.
Besides, Ikazuchi was already a Rider who exclusively used a Zetsumerise key to transform.

Well, I still think metal cluster hopper is a dumb name/idea for an upgrade but it does at least look good, as far as I can tell.

God I remember Cross-Z's name got leaked cause of underwear too, a silvery metallic colouring sounds good for Metal Cluster though I hoped for a clusterfuck design
