Not long after flame style. Its just because its a Tamashii Web Exclusive its taken its time to get out to people.

I think the last week of March. I saw it on Mandrake for 5000Y and used the last of my Paypal balance to get him and Accel.

For a decade or so maybe. SIC started with Ichigo in 2000(?) and moved forward from there. Apparently a lot of those older figures are quite fragile.
