I liked it. I liked the movie. I enjoyed some post movie episodes. Then things like Mr. Krabs being an immoral psychopath and not just a dubious cheapskate to Patrick becoming stupider than Spongebob's Idiot Charade from when he needed to impress Pat's Parents to what the interwebs have dubbed "Squidward Torture Porn."

I remember loving the movie as a young whippersnapper, especially that damned Goofy Goober song. Anytime somebody sang it I burst out into laughter.

I didn't even like the movie that much :lol
It was tortuously long for me, even when I was younger.

Does anybody remember a CGI Spider-Man show from the late 90's/early 2000's? I have this distinct memory of watching a Spider-Man show that was all CGI and that he wore a black and red suit. I can't really remember anything else about it other than that.

Pretty sure you're talking about MTV Spider-man.

I don't think it's that mostly because I remember it was on Fox Kids.

So to amend my first post, I remember three things about it :lol

The MTV Spider-Man wasn't really very good, in my memory. It felt too...Boring, surprisingly. Every character was more concerned with being "Cool" rather than making the actual show being cool :lol

Of the Spider-Man cartoons that I have watched, Spider-Man: The New Animated Series is my least favorite. Neil Patrick Harris was not a good Spider-Man (although he did improve in Spider-Man: Shattered Dimensions), some of the character designs were terrible, it introduced a very unnecessary love triangle, and it had a terrible ending.
