Hm. Really not a fan of that helmet. Rest of the suit looks alright, though something about it isn't quite clicking for me
|
Not a fan of the helmet too.
Even if I don't think that's his theme, I have a big "shark" feeling from the suit. and this I like a lot. |
He's definitely got a shark motif. I love it. I always thought that Seiken looked a bit weird...it makes sense that there's some kind of gimmick to extend it, even if magically so. However, how's the DX version going to handle it? A separate piece that attaches onto it? I'm guessing his weapon actually has two modes, and the trident is just one of them.
Love that he's got a lot of black, too. That's a good sign for the RKF release. That being said, this guy doesn't scream "final boss" to me at all, despite wielding our presumably final Seiken in the series. I'm guessing our real final boss will be a kaijin, or they'll find a way to create another Seiken. |
This dude looks sick

Poseidon?!

Super cool, but if Blades is water lion, does this mean he is a... Maybe a wind shark? Perhaps tornadoes? A sharknado???
|
Someone pointed out that his weapon has red and blue sections on it. They've come to the conclusion that his element may be magnetism.

Huh, so after looking at the Seiken itself in the preview for episode 28, and comparing it to what we see here, the transformation is actually kind of neat. If you look at the Seiken in its default state, you'll notice the trident is actually hidden inside the Seiken itself. Note that the Seiken, by default, has blue lines that become red as you go further down the blade. But after transforming, it's the opposite.
It seems that after inserting a Wonder Ride Book, the trident simply just spins and unfolds, revealing itself. In the show, it'll probably just magically grow way bigger, but that is for sure how the gimmick works. |
