Well, to be fair, SHF Vulcan comes with extra accessories for both him and Zero-One. The new thing is to have the main rider be as cheap as possible, so they're going to skimp on accessories so that more people are able to get the main rider whereas SS are for people who want to go for "accuracy" and high quality along with being able to show it off with their weapons. I'm also not a fan of this move, but I understand what they're trying to do.

Yeah. The main Rider is being treated as an entry-way drug by Tamashii. They want to sell it to people who are not normally interested in higher-end collectibles, by giving them one for cheap so they can see if the quality is worth the "normal" price.

Although I must say, including the weapons with the retail release secondary Rider is a vast improvement over including them with the Web-Exclusive bike nobody wants.
