Yeah, this Build is like a third of the price he is on the aftermarket; so I'd hardly call this redundant or otherwise 'easily available'. It's very, very welcome.

The more exciting thing though is the precedent it sets: as noted, I'd REALLY like this to extend to Seihous. W, Agito, Hibiki, Decade... all of them are way too expensive even on mandarake, so a possible re-issue would be lovely. Hopefully they do non-main forms and non-main riders, too. Cross-Z in particular NEEDS this.

Hopefully future re-issues won't remove accessories like they did for Ultraman.

If they feature the "Best Selection" branding than that is a likely possibility because other figure reissues announced also had accessories but, the Robot Damashii Gundam RX-78-2 for example lacked quite a bit of stuff.

Holy crap that's cool. Hopefully more Rider figures in the future get glow in the dark paint. At the very least applied to the eyes.

Like any neon-yellow / green plastic if shined on with blue light. It's not a glow in the dark feature; they would’ve advertised the hell out of this figure if it had one :lol

With these in mind, the next couple of announcements should be Shining/Assault Hopper and Assault Vulcan. If those are both P-Bandai, it pretty much confirms Thouser as the third retail rider. If not, I'm crossing my fingers for Burning Falcon Jin.
