It's so hard to be objective here. I'm going to wait and vote later in the day.....

That too. But my first instinct with OOO vs anyone else is to go with OOO because I'm horribly biased.

Two extremely versatile, insanely powerful riders. Unlike other rounds, I don't have an obvious choice to pick this round...

I can see this one going either way, but I'm going to rep my boy Kuuga all the way.
A few points that make me put Kuuga over the edge: - Rising Pegasus (yes, I will not argue here that Kuuga wouldn't need to default to his Rising forms). This form alone would shut down both TaJaDor and PuToTyra when they took to the air as well as RaToraTah if it tried playing the superspeed game. Fliers and speedsters are what Pegasus form was made to fight against (in fairness, though, if Eiji were to use the Lion medal's flash attack it would really fuck with Yusuke's enhanced sight in this form). - Rising Dragon form can easily match GataKiriBa and ShaUTa's speed. Meanwhile, those forms' lightning attacks are going to be pretty useless against the electricity-enhanced Rising form. - Rising Titan and SaGoZo is a wash. They cancel each other out pretty evenly. SaGoZo has a bit longer range, but Rising Titan has stronger armor and isn't as badly slowed down. - As I mentioned earlier, Rising Mighty form's Rider Kick has a huge blast radius. Hit one GataKiriBa form and they're all caught in the resulting explosion. - Ultimately (no pun intended) this all comes down to PuToTyra vs. Ultimate Form. I never bet against Ultimate Kuuga (actually, part of me wants to see berserker PuToTyra go up against black-eyed Ultimate form, but I'm pretty sure nobody wins in that fight). Quote:

Now before you all go “Kuuga will wipe the floor with OOO,” I shall tell you why this will be a close fight. Despite Kuuga having powerful base forms (Dragon, Pegasus and Titan), OOO has something to counter them. Dragon is maneuverable and has great jumping ability? GataKiriBa and RaToraTah say hi. Pegasus has heightened senses and is the ultimate sniper? Take ShaJaTah (Shachi, Kujaku, Cheetah.) Echolocation abilities, the TaJa Spinner and high speeds? That gives him the ability to act along side Kuuga’s Pegasus Form. Or better yet, just got straight into TaJaDor- Taka’s ability to spy weak points on opponents, plus the ability to fly, peacock feather missiles, the TaJa Spinner and the Prominence Drop Rider Kick. Titan’s super strong and has invulnerable armor? Uh, he still has vulnerable spots. Counter him with SaGoZo’s gravity abilities to hold him down (you seem to have forgotten about those my friend.) Or just pull out PuToTyra and freeze Titan, impale him and break him with the Tyranno Tail. Oh! Switching to Rising I see! Yeah, just equip whatever combo I just talked about with the MedaGabryu, should save you the trouble, since it helps give each form the strength of PuToTyra (through the MedaGabryu’s finisher) while keeping their form. Also Switchblade, you brought up a good point, RaToraTah's blinding light can hurt Rising Pegasus's vision. Amazing Mighty can take out an entire city block?! Oh no, whatever shall we do?! Oh, I know, go BuraKaWani with his healing factor, or just go TaJaDor, load the 3 medals from the PuToTyra Clone, and just turn Amazing Mighty into a black hole. Counter by going Ultimate?! Super TaToBa stops time long enough to allow an earlier GataKiriBa clone to make copies and combo spam Kuuga by using the TaToBa, TaJaDor, and Super TaToBa’s abilities to find Ultimate Kuuga’s weak points, then have each other combo be there with SaGoZo holding Ultimate Kuuga down with Gravity, GataKiriBa doing multiple slashes and kicks, ShaUTa electrocuting and then drill kicking, RaToraTah slashing at him multiple times, PuToTyra delivering a bunch of PuToTyranno Hissatsus and then BuraKaWani summoning his giant Cobra. Then TaToBa does his kick, TaJaDor attacks with Prominence Drop, and Super TaToBa finishes with Super TaToBa kick, unfreezes time, and THEN TaJaDor uses the purple medals and sends Kuuga through a black hole. And before you go “Eiji will just get exhausted due to combo use,” he’s found his desire by now. The only reason you saw him knocked out during the final episode was due to the fact that the explosion in the Medal Vessel happened AFTER he lost his Core Medals in the OOO Driver, resulting in him being caught in the explosion while being untransformed. It only exhausted him when he didn’t have his desire. Now that he has it, he can use his combos to full power. And from what we saw in Megamax, he can use them in quick succession without showing an ounce of being exhausted. Don’t discount OOO just yet all because Kuuga was known as the strongest Rider of all time. Also we have this Core Medal Count- 2X Taka 2X Kujaku 2X Condor 3X Kuwagata 3X Kamakiri 3X Batta 2X Lion 3X Tora 3X Cheetah 2X Sai 2X Gorilla 3X Zou 2X Shachi 2X Unagi 2X Tako 1X Ptera (seen in SHT) 1X Torikera (seen in SHT) 1X Tyranno (seen in SHT) 1X Cobra 1X Kame 1X Wani 1X Super Taka 1X Super Tora 1X Super Batta What’s to say he just makes clones for the main combos and doesn’t make some to utilize random combos? |
