Really love this series of toys. I didn't buy my first one till February (Pegasus Koga) of this year and I have been playing catch up ever since. At least with sentai and Showa era Kamen Riders. As it stands right now, I have a very small collection of about 55 or so different tokusatsu Figuarts.

You know what's funny? I never lost an Advent Deck or an Astro Switch, but I lost one of Joker hands.

So what figures do you wish will get re-release and renewal for next year? My wishlist.

I want Shin Nigo and Amazon to finish up my Showa Rider line up. I get why they went out of print since they are super popular with older fans and they came out over a year ago. Shin Ichigo is still easy to pick up at a decent price.

Showa Era Riders are the best. :)

Had time to mess with Ryuu Ranger and I have to say he's a pretty awesome figure although there were a few minor problems; his left leg is a little loose so and he suffers from squeaky shoulder joints. A few hands were also pretty loose but I don't mind since that means less risk of wrist joint breaking. Haha

Already one of my favorite figures I own. Wish he came with Magnugiga though. Pity that's an exclusive. Also have the, seemingly common, issue with the card slot on the magna visor being somewhat loose/sliding down a lot.

I know I'm repeating myself, but does anyone know what the hell is going on with Battle Hopper from Bluefin? I preordered him and Black the moment they went up on Amazon and now Amazon has canceled that preorder for BH even though I got Black a month ago.

Haha, yeah he is pretty awesome. Very solid, and with all of his weapons on him he is quite hefty. And despite the weight actually can balance relatively well. Not sure how I plan to display him, lot of options with this guy. Hell I may have him posed making a pass on my Felicia statue I have on my bedside table lol.

That said, Zolda's gonna be my last for a while. At least until we get Hibiki and Bravo.

I have no clue what it is about Zolda that just doesn't do it for me. Even the color green doesn't save it. One of the few green things I don't want. I wish he had the same finish has his cannons/Magnugiga. Then I might buy him.

Is kinda odd. Kitaoka is an amazing character. The design is pretty awesome. And big fucking guns. I actually like that his suit itself isn't the same metallic color as his arsenal, it's not a metal suit aside from the obvious metal areas.

Edit: So it seems that loading up an advent card solves the issue of the loose card slot on his visor. I already have the survive card permanently inside of Ryuki Survives visor so I guess giving Kitaoka is shoot vent is fitting enough.

Honestly, I felt the same way about Ouja and his shade of purple, but I ended up liking him even more than Ryuki. It might just be that glossy purple smack in the middle of him thanks to that chest plate, but the matte finish ended up being pretty nice.

So uh... they now sell Figuarts at my Barnes and Noble. Mine had Krillin, Cell, Freeza, Tyrano Ranger, Dragon, Ptera, Armored Tyranno, X, Vile, and some One Piece Zeroes.

I'm pretty sure B&N have had listings for some of the DBZ figures on their website for a while now. I never expected them to show up in stores though. That's cool.

As for prices. I got two sets of Act 4 stands for $16.95, the MMPR guys were $44.95, Luffy was $18.95, Law was $34.95, and Franky was $44.95. Don't remember the rest of the prices, but I believe Krillin was like $39.95 and Freeza was $47.95.

Wow. I mean they're not a bargain, but they're not terrible. If I was there and hand the funds, I'd definitely pick one or two up.

They are pretty much the same prices on Amazon without discounts.

I may check my stores again soon. I tried a little while back and came up dry. Would be great to pick up if they went on sale.

I just got my Blue Spader in today and I noticed it has 2 pairs of handles, any idea why that is? I thought the second pair was a softer plastic but they're not.

Nearly all SHF bikes I've gotten in recent memory come with an extra set of handles. Can't say I've ever understood why, but I imagine it would be in case you damage the first set.

Wait, Blue Spader is out? My HobbySearch (or AmiAmi, one of those) order says it's not out until Jan. :(

I always thought they were a softer/rubbery plastic for easier use or in case you're worried about the regular ones breaking, kind of like Figma Torque's alternate antenna.
Bluefin release, got it off Amazon. Blue Spader's been out since last month, it's just been in high demand (probably because of Garren coming with Red Rhombus).

The one on the bike is the softer plastic set for figures to grip, the second one is the harder set for bike display only

I've had Blue Spader since November, got it from Amiami.

Thanks, the ones on the bike don't feel any softer though. Both pairs are a hard plastic.

I pick up the new Black figure and Shadowmoon at Image Anime when I went to NYC today. I love the new Black figure and it blew me away on how amazing it is. Shadowmoon is also great and I never got the chance to own him when he first came out.
